Hi All, I was just reading this thread, happy to see so many "believers" in the area. When I get the time, I want to get more involved with you enthusiasts. My 03 MCS has Alta 15%, Magnaflow, Alta sway and cold air intake. I just got a 4% Alta crank pulley and awaiting MTH tuner...yay

Saw quite a few MCs as usual on my way in this morning.

One in particular that I remember is a LY one with a plate that was something like IDIBIDI (not sure, saw it in my rear view mirror) while going over the potomac gorge bridge.

Saw a DS MCS w/black bonnet stripes yesterday on Penn Ave, NW. You had your window rolled down as you passed by the Ronald Reagan building.

 

Hot Orange convertable parked in old Greenbelt (on Ridge Road I think).

 

Blue MCS Convertible on Center Street in Old Town Manassas. Parked in front of the little office buildings. Near the 7-11 and Ice Rink.

ME: pulled infront (lead the parade) of two RED/WHT Coopers commuting north on GWParkway Thursday 1/26 morning approx. 9:20am.

YOU: quite attractive brunette in front car (applying lipstick in RVM). Do you work in Bethesda/ChevyChase?

 

That was me; I drive in some days (usually Tuesdays) and work at the Reagan building. Having said that, I was walking up 13th towards Penn a few weeks back, and heard the familiar note of a MCS w/Milltek exhaust; looked up to see my car's clone making the left onto Penn NW. Thought someone had stolen my car and followed me in.

 

On the inner beltway loop around the mixing bowl area to around Tyson's Corner, I saw a PS/B convertable with the liscence plate XXSMALL, and A PW/B with racing stripes. No waves, though.

I did get a smile from another MINI on the way home on the outer loop today, but I totally don't remember what it looked like!

Oh and on a side note, I don't see many MINI's any more :( at least in my area.

 

Followed a BRG/W MCS up 29, 70, 695 and 795 and off before reaching my destination. Speeds occasionally exceeded the posted limits. Was it you?

 

Friday @ Safeway in Bowie. You parked next to me and I left a DCMM card on your window as I didn't see a sticker.

05-06 CR MCS w/ Webspokes and driving lights

 

I'm in your town for a few days. Wow! I've never seen so many MINIs in one day! Mostly MCs; I've seen only one MCS.

 

1 PW MC(S?) last night at AACC. You were parked near the CRRS building. It was too dark to see if you had any DCMM stickers, but I doubt you had because the LY I always saw last semester never responded on here despite numerous stickers. Which is where I believe all my calling cards disappeared to.

 

speaking of calling cards, is there any way to replenish my supply??

Yea same here. I can't find any business card paper that lets you print on the front and back. I can only print onone side! So anyway to replenish my supply?

 

Sometimes at events someone has a big stack of them. That's the easiest way I know. You could just download the template/design from the website and just print them yourself too.
