I saw... damn I forgot your name, you had the black MCS with the black rims at Culvers. Well saw you at Old Orchard this afternoon.

 

That was me and Bella (IB/B MCS)! No harm. People wave at me and half the time I pass them before I get a chance to wave.

Wow! I haven't been on here for a while! Just cruisin' the thread seeing if the people I waved at spotted me...

Yesterday (I know deyaled posting I've had a few MINIless days out here on the edge of Suburbia)

• Got a wave from a HB/W MCS headed north on 59, waiting for the light at Cuba.
• Also caught a PH off guard On Quentin in Palatine south of Lake Cook north of Dundee.

 

Today I saw a few MINIs around.

PW/B downtown Naperville headed North on Washington around 2:30.

A DS/B @ IKEA Schaumburg around 6:50.

Finally a CD/B @ the Cracker Barrel in Aurora around 7:10.

I didn't wave as I was eating lunch, chatting with a friend and speeding down 88 in my truck. Not all at the same time!

 

I saw PW sitting on the street in Barrington (residential neighbor hood South of the train station) around 11:20.

Also saw a CR/W parked on Fraklin in Geneva last night.

 

for a second i got all excited to post IBFTL!!! but then
noticed you meant tollway 88, not 88mph.. shucks.

I have yet to be spotted too. I have half a mind to drive up and down Lake Cook Rd or thereabouts just to be spotted by Motor On.

Spotted just down the street from me, a HB/W MC, parked as part of a large gathering at a neighbors house, have a photo, but no wave or owner seen (left while I was modding the MINI, didn't get to see the owner)

 

I saw an IB (IB is the dark blue, right?) as I was driving by a little league field on Square Barn Road in Huntley. The car was parked and nobody was in it. I waived anyway and the MINI waved back which I thought was nice.

 

I have a photo of IB in my sightings from yesterday,02-03 silver bumper = IB.
