Registrations have been open for almost 20 hours now, and I've received about 50 paid registrations already. I guess there was "pent up demand" as the economists say.
JC, I'll be keeping an eye out for your registration. You know you're gonna come, you might as well just give in and register now.

I think in each email there is a link to get to the list control page to remove yourself.
If that doesn't work for you, send me an email with the addresses you want removed and I'll unhook you up.

The SENT TO address in all 3 emails is : amviv_list@sincityminiclub.com

So there is no way to know which email address it was sent to. Analyzing the headers doesn't help either.

I'll PM you the address it doesn't need to send it to, if they are even on there.

What hotel dates are people booking? Thursday through Saturday night?

 

That is the event, but I'm coming up on Wednesday and leaving on Monday. Battling Sunday traffic down to Los Angeles isn't fun, and going up on Wednesday allows me to relax when I get to the event. In all the years I've gone, there have been accidents that shut down the freeway, sandstorms, and other unexpected delays. =)

 

Same here, a group of us are headed there on Wednesday, and going home on Monday.
Sunday traffic is ugly heading back to CA.

 

There's a group of us coming down (3 MINIs thus far), and it's a 21 hour drive for us...

We have a total room allocation on the group rate of 320, and these counts were an hour or so before I sent out the email notifying people that registration was open.

 

uh oh, this is the 27-30, and another LV event i have wanted to go to for 7 years is Viva Las Vegas (vintage hot rods) is april 10-13. I smell a very long and much needed roadtrip and vacation. You might have at least one roadtrip companion on the way down at least xiek.

Well I would be interested if the travel itinerary matched up close.

I am still working on logistics.. tis a bit of a drive for us... 36 hrs straight driving by the speed limit.

looks like as per mapquest, the only place our routes are the same, are at Grand Junction area of Utah... where 70 meets 15.

mapquest Midland, ON to Las Vegas NV and you will see our drive.

Alright I am all preregistered and booked my room. Now I am from Kansas and this is also going to be my first BIG road trip also I will be alone and I am going to be stopping in Amarillo, Albequerque, and Flagstaff along the way to sleep and possibly meet up with some MINI's to convoy with.
