AMVIV 5
Real Smarties? Flakes perhaps? Crunchies? Do you Canadians have the full Cadbury range?
Canadian beer is not bad. I've had several very good beers from that part of the world, mostly when I lived in Detroit.
If anyone wants to organize a beer swap, I'll be happy to put it on the website, and participate. We talked about putting one on, but there were too many issues in the way.

Well I would be interested if the travel itinerary matched up close.
I am still working on logistics.. tis a bit of a drive for us... 36 hrs straight driving by the speed limit.
looks like as per mapquest, the only place our routes are the same, are at Grand Junction area of Utah... where 70 meets 15.
mapquest Midland, ON to Las Vegas NV and you will see our drive.

There are groups leaving from Salt Lake City on both Wednesday and Thursday mornings if you want to catch on. They will be leaving SLC about 9:00 AM, so would be going through Provo sometime between 9:30 and 10:00.
I'd like to see some kind of beer swap.
I'll last forever. Now if you put in on ice in a cooler at a party it'll last about an hour. lol
Abita Turbo Dog anyone? Its from Louisiana, but my local wine shop owner is also a beer drinker and keeps it in stock. Good Stuff.
Also have a local shop that carries Monty Python's Holy Ale. (or at least did last month lol)

I'm pretty sure that the Crown & Anchor Pub in Vegas has Smithwicks on tap. The owner is English and stocks a fine selection of British beers and foods. The best scotch eggs in town (no, they have no whiskey in them). He even has Blackthorn cider on tap. Mmmm....excellent drop, but most Americans shouldn't drink more than 2 or 3 pints in an hour.

thats in my fridge right now
I know it's a tourist trap, but, Nine Fine Irishmen in the NY, NY casino served Smithwick's last time we were there.
The Crown & Anchor is a much better pub than anything on the Strip. It's where the local Poms go on the east side of town.
Directions from Palace Station are here.

Otherwise, they should keep just fine. If not, bring them to my room and me and the hazmat team will dispose of them appropriately.
