The itinerary should be up in a day or 2. Basically, there is a run on Thursday afternoon and a Motor-In Thursday evening.
Friday has the driving school and NAMCC races at the track all day, a morning run which ends at the track for lunch and the race, an afternoon run, the "Meet the MINIacs Mixer" in the early evening, then the Strip Cruise later.
Saturday has a run in the morning, Poker Run in the afternoon. The banquet dinner is Saturday night. Tickets have to be pre-purchased before you leave for Vegas, and attached to a registration.
Sunday morning is the farewell breakfast and a morning run, followed by a visit to the pub for those not driving a long way home on Sunday.
The Boot N Bonnet Show is at Palace Station all day both Friday and Saturday.
Thursday and Friday mornings there will be an "excursion" for anyone who wants a cool car-related Vegas thing that isn't a long drive.

As for the registration link being broken, sorry. I missed one of the links when I changed the name of the page this year. It's now fixed.

 

Cool. Will one of the runs be down to Route 66 again? That's a big one for us.

 

The full day runs have been dropped this time around. So no Route 66. Sorry. If you can get a bunch of people to ask for it, we can always resurrect it for 09.

I just booked my room at the Palace and registered my car...
This is my first time going and im SO EXCITED!!!

I'm going on my first MINI run on Dec. 30th in the Hollywood area, so hopefully some of you will be in Vegas as well...

That is unfortunate to hear. Route 66 was one of our main reasons for driving down to AMVIV.

 

That's too bad. I enjoyed the Route 66 run thoroughly last year.
Especially after watching the movie "Cars".

 

Our thinking was that with only 20 cars, the run wasn't that popular, mainly because it is a full day run. We are planning on including the route map from last time in the route book, so you won't get lost if you decide you want to do it again.

 

We also ran into terrible traffic around the dam - both on the way out and, especially, on the way back.

Unfortunately, that's Vegas on a spring weekend...everybody pouring in from all directions. The dam is the only way from points east unless you make a big detour. Hopefully the new overpass will fix that.

 

You're correct, the overpass construction was part of the traffic problem ... how is that overpass progressing? Quite an engineering feat.

That was a nice run that day, wanted to spend some more time in Oatman but had a nice lunch with everyone and loved the Dam run even though it took forever to get through it.

 

Less than 3 months! W00T!

 

Tower room booked, requested garage view. Reservation person chuckled at that. (I guess its a mountain view too).

Waiting for paypal to recognize my new bank account to officially register. Now I have to finish the cosmetic mods and buy a car bra for the road trip portion.

Maybe I'll have the tartan interior in by then.
