I think that means the new ECU update Mini did blocked those functions.

I remember that happening to my seat belt shortcuts after I got a new radio installed that was a warranty issue. Naturally Mini had to code it. After that the options were gray like you are seeing

 

its funny i could do the seat belts and the warnings but couldnt do comfort up and mirror fold nor could i program to start in sport again

 

so weird.

Once the app was updated then my seat belt options returned. Id die if I couldnt get Sport mode to be activated every time.

 

Email Stephan through the app, explain you had an update.
Make sure the backups are included.

What update is this? I was just in last week, and there were none to be done..

Bimmercode app updated yesterday due to recent dealer update issues

 

Has anyone had any luck fixing the issue above? My car has the same problem and I haven't been able to figure out how to get the main brake light to light up full circle with the rear fogs as brake lights.

 

There was an app update yesterday for people that got a software update at the dealership, and it still is greyed out...GRRR

 

What exactly is greyed out??

 

The body control section. I emailed Stephan through the app and he responded that that section still needed to be added and would be there after the next update.

 

FIY Per Stephan at Bimmercode, he no longer supports VGate Wifi.

The go to is now Veepeak Bluetooth.

I went to their website and if this is true, then why are they still advertising the VGate for sale? I know they don't actually sell any of them, but they still advertise the Amazon website to buy them.

Hi all! What am I doing wrong? Bimmercode+ vgate icar 2 wifi + F54 S All4

Connect - "OK". Wi-Fi is good. Coding-OK. Write code-ok. Reload. Off/on ignition... Aaand - nothing changes Tried a few simple codes and something from Expert Mode.

Reconnect - read ECUs - load my new parameters.

 

 

Nothing special...

From standard - use smartfone ringtone, AM radio - not active, comfort closing delay - no delay.

Expert - change 3 to 5 turn signal

Maybe try change and check something what works 100% in all years? What?

 

The 3 to 5 option hasn’t worked in quite some time.
