Steaming, I requested to be put on the list about 2 weeks ago.

According to my VIN my HC Clubman is on the Integrity. Any info would be helpful.

I don't think there's anything to worry about, the Kraken usually likes deeper water from what I've heard (Now Cthulhu is a different story all together....) Probably just some weirdness with the Port of Charleston website or the data feeding it.

 

On the WW website under booking priority it shows the integrity at Charleston, 1 of 2 stops there, I guess some cargo is going to a different terminal.

 

how long does it take for my car to go from the ship to the dist. center in Charleston? How long til it shows up on the mini website?

 

I don't think the distribution center is in Charleston. I believe it is about a 2-3 hour trip up I26 to Spartanburg. So your Mini will probably be loaded on to a rail car for the ride to the VDC. Correct me if I am wrong.

 

Mini website is usually a few days behind. It is possible for you to get a call from your dealer that your MINI is ready for pick before it ever shows that it is at the VDC.

 

Hey Rockhouse - you can add yourself to the list - just take the old one, make it your own message and add yourself in. I'd do it for you but I'm not sure which group you are in.

SFOMini, I've been trying to get an idea on estimated time from Off-ship to dealer. This will of course vary with the dealer's distance from VDC, and any options installed at the VDC, but I'm guessing our little bundles of joy will be ready to pick up on 05/24/08. That's a Saturday. If not, we probably won't see them until Monday.. I can't remember which dealer you ordered from, mine is Mountain View. If yours is arriving there as well, and they are ready at the same time I'll bring a small plastic replica of a Champagne bottle to whack against the tires.

My Lightning Blue/Black Trim baby was on the Elektra and docked in NYC several days ago. Now I'm told that he is in the distribution center. Where is the distribution center? When will I meet my Clubman S? Is there anybody out there who had a loved one on the Elektra who knows more? I'm outside Washington, D.C.
P.S. I'm thinking of naming him Bruzer, since he's a big guy and he's black-and-blue. Opinions?
