That sounds like me, I waved at a Yellow MINI yesterday. If I'm remembering right you were turning from Northbound De Anza onto Mariani, I was just leaving Mariani 1. So it was either lunch time or going home time.

MINI of Mountain View does install the front plates, I've never minded, I've installed front plates since I got a fix it ticket in Santa Cruz 15 years ago. If we ever decide on what plate to get Shawn, I'll want one on the front.

We got our kit yesterday as well. No stencils yet though. I'm not totally convinced by the smily face ball, and Shawn's already got one with a Welsh flag on it. Last year Tristan got a Union Jack antenna ball in his kit, he's wearing that.
