Tire indicator light wont go off

My tire light came on about a three weeks ago. I had a nail in the right rear tire. Got it replaced with a new run flat tire. I have checked the pressure in all my tires and they are all at 33 psi.
The warning light will not go out.
Is there a way to reset it?

I am in El Paso and the closest mini dealership is 4 hours away.

Thanks,
Bert

Yep you need to do a reset, follow your owner's manual steps. Its different if you have TPMS or the ABS based system.

Which system do you have, do you have the metal valve stems, or rubber?

Also, do you have Navigation?

My '06 SC has a reset switch under the emergency brake lever. You push down and hold for about 3 secs and the light goes out. The button has the same logo as the light. Good luck!

Berton,

Follow this link, its the online .pdf manual from Motoringfile. The reset procedure is on page 55 of the manual. Good luck
