This morning a passenger in a silver S on the 110 pointed... I waved and smiled, but didn't get a like response... and then I felt like an idiot. I think, maybe, it's better to be ignored.

 

Saw a Clubman turn from Amar onto Grand in Walnut, I tried waving, but no response

 

could've been me. my dog is pretty big; he's part german shepherd part akita part chow, so he sits as big as a human passenger

 

I followed gray r53 from melrose avenue to 101 south. It had NAM sticker on the back windshield. Whoever was driving that car, you got a nice mini.

 

i used to park at the bundy campus at the same spot everyday! haha but my friend tells me some other mini has been parking there lately and apparently its also white!

Well maybe ill see some of you guys around!

 

Awesome! I don't believe I've seen yours, but I've seen a Cool Blue cabrio around though. My MINI's BRG and I'm usually parked in the back.. oh and the creepy van hasn't been there lately so I have my old spot back.

 

Sited several today...seems our little town is getting quite popular with these....BRG/BRG MCS @ Taco Bell (across from Kaiser) and a BS/W MCS in the drive thru at the same time, BRG/B MCS and a IB Austin cruising up MLK....many MINIs...no waves

 

Spotted an all black Cooper twice in two days this week in La Mesa, once getting off the 8, once heading for it from El Cajon Blvd/University ave Nice wheels on it, what are they?

 

waved at an electic blue/white cooper s on white oak and burbank. Got a wave back from the lovely couple. motor on.

Got a nice wave from a Jet Black MCS today that was in the carpool lane of the 405 near LAX. I responded in kind, and then had to shoot across to get to the 105.

 

I saw no less than a dozen minis yesterday cruising melrose between the 101 and la cienega. Not a single wave oh well....

 

Got a wave on the 60 from a PH/W R53. I don't think he was able to see my wave back thru my tinted windows so I put on my flashers to say hello. :0)

 

Saw my first Clubman today! It was a Dark Silver/Silver Clubman S.. and since this sighting was in West LA there was no wave because the driver was busy talking on a cellphone.

 

And reading a script, touching up the manicure and eating! We are soooooo multitalented here in LA LA Land!!!

 

Too dark to be certain of color or see a wave, but passed a MINI on the northbound 241 about six PM today. Plate read "2PAPAPT".

 

It's depressing that my MINI is in the shop and when I wave to people from the loaner they look at me like I'm crazy.

 

Laser Blue / White R56 MCS with bonnet and boot stripes and JCW wheels heading South on Bundy at around 11am. Driver was an asian female.. on a cellphone.

Thursday night (March 6) Brand new 2008 MCS, black on black. Still had dealer plates. In Torrance, headed South on Vermont near Sepulveda. 3 women in the car, we exchanged waves

 

Haha! Yeah, I was immediately made fun of as well by the friend in my car, after explaining it though, well she still made fun lol. oh well!

Saw my first Clubman on 15 South around Mira Mesa yesterday a little before noon. It was an S in one of those metallic blues that I can't tell apart, with chrome line exterior.

The Clubman is so distinctive even my mom has noticed it! She mentioned having seen "a different kind of Mini with 2 doors in the back" earlier in the week.

 

I live in Escondido and drive on the 78 to go to work at Tri City and I see at least one or two a week. I wave or at least flash my lights if they are going the other way on the highway.. But it seems like a big majority of the people dont know what to do.

Wave to me!! I have the IB/W mini with black rims. Cant miss it. =)

 

spotted a pinkish mini cooper at best buy parking lot with plate MINI PNK. Parked right in front of me. I need me a personalized lisc. plate.
