Wasn't there some issue with heat warping the plastic air intake and the seal to the airbox having problems sealing properly?

So I finally had a chance to dyno my car after some time now. I was pretty happy considering I don't have any big mods. After three runs i can say my car is happily sitting at 170hp/200lb tq. I will post the data as soon as the link is up.

I have the revised stuff installed on my Clubman. It all looks a LOT better than the original. I'll be at the Dragon starting Thursday. If you want to see it just let me know. I'll be the one with the Black Jack on the roof....

Can't take a look personally, but I'm heading to AEM on Friday to pick up my revised heat shield. Already have the revised scoop.

I believe the price was $349 on AEMs website when the intake was released. I know they pulled it back after they had to revise a couple of parts. I'm not sure if it's going to be slightly more with the new parts.

As for carb legal, atm it is not. However, it will be in the near future. If you buy one, you'll receive a sticker or cert once it has been approved.

I'm heading over to AEM today to have the latest heat shield put on. I can't remember if I have the latest scoop or not. I"m pretty sure I do, but there might be a chance there is another revision to that I will be getting as well.

Yeah, all of the updates were well executed. I've gotten all of the revised parts on my car now. They pretty much improved everything.

If this is compatible with my '09 Factory JCW, I am ordering. Gains or not this is a beautiful piece of engineering.

What is the dial in the lower right hand corner of the intake box? With the green yellow red. I have not found anything on it? Also where does it locate the MAF to??

That is crazy cheap...

Has anyone used a SAMCO intake boot install of the supplied AEM tube?

Anyone know of a place that physically has it in stock? AEM says they are out of stock...
