Need replacement rubber but don't know what it's called... ugh!

Please help... I've done every kind of search I can think of (maybe I'm just not creative enough?) and can't for the life of me find this piece of rubber I need to replace. What the heck is it called and where can I find it? It's a piece of weatherstrip on the 3rd door of my 2008 Clubman. It sits behind/under the plastic trim piece on the outside of the door, between the two windows. I'm feeling desperate (it's REALLY noisy without it and I worry about rain getting in!) but the dealer is not remotely convenient for me. Can anyone help? Seems like it would be a common problem, but I'll be damned if I can find anything on replacing it.

Believe that is the door seal on B1-Pillar HERE, #7 below. #4 is the trim cover for the B1-Pillar HERE.

Thank you for the quick reply! It doesn't appear to be that piece (#7) (at least not to me). It looks like it sits under the top corner part of that piece, and then on top of it for the length of the window, but is completely separate from it. I'm finding it difficult to get clear pics that show it well, but maybe they'll help. It looks to me like a separate piece of rubber that is the length of the trim cover (#4) only, but maybe I'm confused because of it's deteriorated state?

Edit: Actually it may just be #4. Does the #7 piece that you're holding in the first image look to be ripped off from the section that is sitting inside that area still? I'm pretty sure it might just be #4 that you need and not #7.

The #7 piece appears to be a completely separate piece from my deteriorated piece. Does the #4 piece include rubber? I assumed since it's called a trim piece, that it was only the flat plastic piece that goes over the edge of the window, but if that's not the case, that could by why I haven't been able to wrap my brain around what I need. ;-) I assumed that my piece sat UNDER the #4 piece since that's how it looks at the top of the window, however, at the bottom, it appears to attach to the side (and run under?) that plastic piece, so maybe my busted one is just missing too much at the top to see clearly how it was attached in full. Any chance you've got pics of the actual #4 piece so I can see it from multiple angles?

Thanks so much for your help, btw... very much appreciated!

I don't have a picture unfortunately, but I can tell you I'm pretty positive that's the piece you need. The #4 does include the black plastic and rubber sections. It comes as one unit. It looks exactly like your image, attached below. I believe it also has an adhesive tape on it to stick it down. Confirmed with one of our MINI specialist parts guys. Glad I could help. If you have any other questions let me know.

Those pics are very helpful, thank you so much! I'll take a closer look tomorrow, but I think I may need both of those parts. I'll probably be in touch with at least one of you guys soon! Thanks for the help!

I know this is an old thread but THANKS for saving me from buying a $95.00 part that I didn't need. My rubber piece has deteriorated exactly like this. Just bought my S Clubman this week, joined this forum a few days ago and already it's saved me money!
