Ok so I replaced the entire front suspension on my r53, and not even a few months later, my driver side strut is sticking through the mount. Never seen it happen before, so is it common to happen? Or defective part. I have reinforcement plates as well. Any other options stronger than cheap oem?
What brand replacement mounts did you get? Where did you get them? For our products we provide a warranty. You could also maybe go with some camber plates, which basically remove the bushing components. There's a set for sale in the marketplace HERE. Or something like Ireland Engineering Mounts.
