My new 2017 Clubman S ALL4 just went into production today. My wife owned an original Cooper and Clubman before we had kids. I once owned a Subaru turbo AWD manual wagon, and really missed that combo. When I saw the new Clubman and heard it would soon be offered as an ALL4 I bee-lined it to the dealer with family and guitar equipment in tow - the FWD S passed all the tests (space/fun/comfort/style) and a week later I placed an ALL4 order. I'm looking forward to learning and contributing on this forum as I have done on Subaru, VW, and Audi forums in the past!

Welcome to NAM! What Subaru Wagon did you have? Great story and yes the ALL4 is a great purchase! I'm a big fan of AWD as well. What color combination did you go with for your Clubman?

 

I had the 05 Legacy GT 5MT. Added lowered suspension, engine tune- great car but tough in traffic and on wife's back.

I went with Thunder Grey, black cross punch seats, JCW interior and white roof/mirrors/bonnet stripes and both chrome options.

 

Ah! That's a rare wagon indeed! My very best friend has the same exact Leggy GT with the 5 speed manual. Very nice color combination. I love the Thunder Grey. That will go very well with the JCW interior. Congratulations again. Be sure to share some images once you get some.
