I'm trying to gague interest in a MINI Ski/snowboard trip.

Are you interested? What's your vote for Resort? Where ARE you?

 

ME! I'm in! It sounds fun!

 

I'm in. I just need someone to teach me to ski and/or snowboard.

Also, can you pick me up on the way. My Mini isn't due for several weeks.

For the next 5 months or so, my Cooper will be headed to Stowe in Vermont every weekend. I teach snowboarding there. So, there's an "I'm in", a suggested resort, and someone who can teach Otto all in one :smile:

Of course, I live 45 minutes _north_ of Stowe, so I doubt too many people would be following me there...

NICE! I'm going to be up at Stowe for New Years. Any chance of a few Comp Passes?!


Unfortunately, as I am loth to drill holes in my roof, We will not be taking the MINI, as we'll have four of us plus gear. So we're taking the "BIG" car... the Hyundai Accent!

Thanks for the positive vibes, everyone.

At this point, I am keeping my fingers crossed I remain on the "Can't Wait for February Club" and don't get pushed back to the "Can't Wait for March Club." I especially don't want to end up on the "Where the Hell Is My Car Club."

I'm taking a drive up to Mont Tremblant, Canada from NY over Christmas vacation for some riding. I'm trying to convince my parents (yeah, yeah...i'm only 17) to let me follow them in the MINI - looking doubtful. Oh well - thought it would be a great chance to throw my break-in period out the window!

 

um, I was wondering, how can you ski if there is snow? much too cold for a bathing suit, right? and, how does the boat work? guess you don't need a cooler for drinks tho huh?

Well, I'm up for a shuss with a bunch of fun-lovin' MINI owners. I skiied Sunday River and Attitash the last two Sundays and have an early January trip planned to Sugarbush.

We usually go to Stowe in September for the British Invasion car show, but what the hey, I'll go there again to ski. We're in the Seacoast area of N.H.
