Hi I know the thread is old, but interested to know where you moved your heater controls to?

 

Here’s my custom sub woofer box for my 2012 clubby S.
She also received a new head unit Alpine iLX-W650 with Apple Car Play and rear camera
I ended up swapping out all of the drivers as well with Arc Audio X2 Series drivers.The lower door drivers got X2 602 coaxial drivers, while the upper door drivers
got the X2 402 coaxial. Phenomenal improvement for the standard system with no tweeters.
The sub woofer is a JL Audio 12W3v3-4. The system is powered by an Arc Audio 1100.5
5 channel amplifier. I was able to retain the display on the speedo, but will have to crack it
open again once I receive the steering wheel control module.

Actual upgraded the entire system with Arc Audio X2 Series speaker and amplifier.
Front doors lower have Arc Audio X2 602 drivers, upper door has the Arc Audio X2 402 drivers
and the rear speakers have the Arc Audio X2 692 drivers all are coaxial, powered by an Arc Audio X2 1100.5

Interested in the bezel. Was this hand-built or purchased?

 

If you are referring to the bezel around the head unit it was purchased.

 

Does that cover the bars as well? Purchased from where? Looks good.

 

Mine is a 2012 R55 clubby it doesn’t have the bars.

Hi. How much volume for the sub box did you manage in this config?

 

More volume than I can stand.It can get extremely loud!
