tint place?

Can anyone recommend a Tint place in C-bus. And what is the legal limit? And an estimate cost?

Thanks,

Dan

There's a place on Morse Road that did a great job on my mini. The name is Quality Window Tint, I think. It cost $180.00. Street legal for Ohio is 50% on the front side windows. I have 30% right now and have had no problems with cops let.

If you'll use the search function, you would find another thread also recommending Quality on Morse Rd.

As mininate said 50% all around is legal in Ohio, in the past I've gone 50% all around as well as 50% on the front two windows, and 20 or 25% on everything behind that. Never had a problem with the police on either.

i love my 50%...just the right amount. It's not so dark that you look like the honda kids....but its smoked enough to help the aesthetics of the 'floating roof' on the mini. Pics in my gallery if you wanna see what it looks like

I'd love to tint my glass... the cabrio's already so dark though (since the ragtop hass teensy triangular rear side windows).

The 50% is darker than I thought, Rally... Looks good. Does it help with heat in the summertime? Of course, I have my top open basically 24/7 then.

:: ponder ::

yah....it definitely cuts down on the warmth of the seats when you have left it sitting out in the sun. I spend my summers at the beach where my car is parked outside in the sun and with the tinted windows, i noticed less occurences of the burned bum upon entering the car
