The Mini Mornin's Breakfast is hosted by the Mid Ohio Motoring Club, and is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month at the Tim Horton's in New Albany just off the New Albany Road exit on 161. Anyone who owns a MINI, or simply likes fun cars and good conversation is welcome to attend!

We generally start at 8:30 and hang out for an hour or so, then go out and look at the cars. Several folks then usually go out to Outmotoring's show room to browse the shelves, buy goodies and get Aaron's expert installation help and advice. Anyone interested in purchasing the Outmororing Project Car (a BRG Cooper S LOADED with MODs and goodies - ask Aaron for more details) can see the car while there, as well.

HERE is the formal flyer from MidOhioMotoring (requires Adobe Reader) or here's a simple map:

If anyone gets lost or need anything else, feel free to call me (Matt Cook) on my cell: 614-580-7003.

See you on Saturday!

-matt

Sue and I will most likely make it there, weather providing. We will actually go early and have a real breakfast at Bob Evans across the street.

That's the plan, figure if I leave Indy by 5:30ish I should easily make it by 8:30. Afterwords I am heading south to Greenfield. Some days you just gotta motor.

Actually, the breakfast stuff that Wendy's has now is pretty tasty. The coffee is still swill, though, so you may be on to something.

When you get in Columbus take the I-670 inner belt east toward the airport and then I-270 north to the Rte. 161 east exit. After that, Matt's map will guide you in. If you motor between Indy and Columbus like I do regularly, be aware of the state patrol in the construction area between Dayton and Springfield.

The construction on I70 is done headed west-bound, but east-bound is still there the last time I drove to the Dayton airport (mid-December).

I'll be there with Lady Babs. I have to get a badge for Sean & my self. Sounds like we will have a nice turnout.

Thanx for the hwy tips, I am hoping that at 7:30am on a Saturday even with a little construction that the roads should still be pretty clear, but I do know the OSP like to prey on un-suspecting hoosiers (since we do the same to buckeyes). Figure I will need to keep it under 70 once I hit the Ohio state line.

See you Saturday...
Cameron

Oh, and can I buy a badge too? They sure do look cool. I am a buckeye afterall, born in Cincinnati.

Surely... The more the merrier, and I think it's a good-looking badge (if I do say so myself).

Cameron, you can get by with 70 in a 65. Drive right, pass left. Just watch the construction zones. That is where they will nail you good. See you Saturday.

Is it considered bad form to show up in a salty Cooper? :-)

Sorry, I'm getting new brake pads at Minzilla's, and afterwards, am moving on to NE Ohio for family birthday celebrations. Some other Saturday, I guess.

Thank you for the road tips, I know they will come in handy.

Saturday's supposed to be ok...cold and sunny, but nice driving weather. It's Sunday that it's supposed to all go downhill...fast. There's a system in the far West that looks as if it could cause some real headaches for travellers on Sunday and Monday in the Ohio Valley.
