...but,
it was a bit neglected apparently.

The 3rd owner is a NAM member and put some good work into it:

The 4th owner looks to have done some intensive work on top of that and the GP appears to be in fine fettle.

What mostly caught my attention though, is the quality of photographs, you can see in one of the pics that they're just using a phone, wonder what kind it is?

My older Moto phone takes lousy shots.

Any wildazz guesses for the hammer price of the GP on C&B?

I'll guesstimate it at $23,157

Oof.

May go under my estimate.

Less than 24 hours left and it's sitting at a damn right bargain, perhaps due to some its the minor issues, maybe will sell low,
wish that I had a big dollop of dosh so I could throw my hat in the ring!

^^^ You're confusing the two auctions; i.e., the 2006 R53 GP on C&B is still going with completion tomorrow -and- the 2005 R53 with Steptronic on BaT closed today at $17k. Auto box doesn't appeal to me either for enthusiast's car but compromises are reasonable for those whom routinely drive in stop-go traffic. Also noting, all 2006 GP were manual gearbox.

BaT tax in full effect,
we have reached peak insanity when you start seeing stuff like this:

MINIs for sale on the Internet-npe9hpt.png

Also,
to comment on the newest Geneva listing,
I must express my cringe concerning the utter distaste of having that BBM sticker over the JCW,
only my humbly dumb opinion tho.

Wonder if this is them?
http://www.bbmsuperchargers.com/

Not too inspiring to see them advertising for a cool superdupercharger but using an R56 for display purpose!

Also,
Jaysus H. Christmastree!

Can somebody properly fit these plug wires please?
The sight of them all haphazardly straggled just painfully burns my ever-so-sensitive eyeballs.

Yeah I think I woulda just sucked it up and bought a new IC cover if necessary, what’s $130 when you’re selling an $18k car lol, and those wires, like walking around with your shoelaces untied.

Another one from my neck of the woods, although it does look like it is pending sale.

2006 R53 JCW
69,775 miles
$10,500

https://www.collectiblemotorcarofatl...n-cooper-works

This picture illustrates (in my mind at least) why leather > alcantara,
especially for steering wheels.

*of course,
if you race and wear gloves, then I do concede that alcantara is probably better than leather.

And,
another upstart BaT competitor ~

https://marqued.com/listing/19a7934d...ulia-sprint-gt

Guess who owns it?
P O R S C H E

Will they make it or fall by the wayside?

:

Another one with intentions to open venue in North America,
The Market by Bonhams:

https://themarket.co.uk/en/

:

Hemmings gets a MINI every now and then, but mostly remains Yank Tank specialists,
however been seeing more Eurotrash there,
like hello, you had me at Martini...

https://www.hemmings.com/auction/1993-lancia-hf-473751

Speaking of Lancia,
I recently seen a hipster update version of their HF elefantino which is one my favorite logos,
but the hooligan even makes it a bit better!

Too bad almost everything on their site is sold out, I wanted a sticker.

https://vivabastardo.com/collections/all-products

As far as I can reckon,
it's just a guy on instagram.

That's the way the world seems to be going.

I'm constantly out-of-the-loop these days and my hepcat days are far behind me LOL
