At West Coast MINI we filled our MINI's, 12 of them, with toys! We gave them to the Salvation Army to pass on to underprivileged kids for XMAS. Everyone's MINI picked up at least 100WHP on this run!

I had painted them before but was not crazy about the color, so i ordered up Factory paint and re did, I think it looks better with the Carbon Fiber Dash.
Waiting till the Spring to have the front bumper re sprayed as it has lots of nicks from the 90K on the car, will put the Carbon Fiber Stripes on also then.
Will get some pictures later today

The silicone tubes nearly never fit perfectly from the factory. You have to trim down the end(s). This is because each car is different, and might have more or less specs there. I trimmed nearly an inch off mine. Now it fits fine.
Took Momo on a 120 mile drive yesterday. Dropped my sister off @ the airport this morning, and got to drive round a roundabout. Twice. It felt so MINI. Now for some waiting before the return trip home once the sun is up.

Im going to have to do this then. I was kinda hoping mine would go in with out any problems but so much for that.I'll get around to it when the weather gets warmer. thanks. Oh what did you trim it down with?

I used a box cutter / razerblade. Its extremely easy to cut with a sharp blade.
On the way home from my airport trip (120miles) My GPS automatically routed me through BFE Southern Missouri. Which means...... Twisties! I only had to brake once. For a "15" MPH 90 degree turn i took at 30. Most turns recommended speeds were 30-45 did the speed limit (55) the whole time.
I decided to delete mine altogether and start over. Outmotoring's deal was hard to pass up - especially since my credit union gave me a $100 gift debit card for re-financing the MINI with them.
So... THESE were a free Christmas gift! Aaron - thanks for hooking me up with the free shipping, too!
I got my first rock chip yesterday, it was low on the driver's side. I brought it to the glass shop to get it repaired and they had some problems, the chip was so close to the dash that they couldn't apply heat to the windshield to lower the viscosity of the resin, for fear of burning the dash and the windshield was coated with Rain-X, which the resin won't stick to, making it more difficult to repair. They couldn't guarantee that the crack wouldn't spread, so there was no charge.
