What did you do to your mini today?

that sucks! If you need a shop to get an estimate I've got a buddy at Village Auto Body in Hampton Bays, but considering your previous work I'm sure you have a guy.So this is what we did today, I let my daughter help me wash my car, she LOVED helping
(great thing about plastidip, you can use a brush or anything without worrying about swirls or scratches in the paint, otherwise there's no way I'd let her near it
)
The front right abs sensor was frozen into the knuckle so I drilled it all out. when I went to unplug the wires i found the wires on the engine harness side of the plug were ****ed up and only 1 was connected ><. so the sensor was good but the wiring was bad. I ordered a new sensor for a whopping 25$ 2-3 day shipped of e-bAY. gunna rewire it and fix it up next week. YAY no more traction control / tire inflation light on!

Had A LOT of fun today with PDXMINI Club of Portland Oregon. Here's a few pics, lining up to go on a run to the Oregon Coast. They know the best roads! Of coarse we slow down going through towns -but invariably every one honks and waves at a parade of MINI's

Always thought you had the N18 but nvm haha. Look good with everything. I'm gonna get the JCW strut bar later this summer.
I wish I could've opted for the JCW but it wouldn't fit with my intake. Had no other choice but to get the GT-Spec. Glad I did though. I really like it and it is made well.
Last week, we gave our Coupe some COLOR!! We're not going for the 'sick, slick, blacked out' look... we're going for the 'HELLO I'm a MINI and I'm a heck of a lot of fun" look. So, we had the stock black stripes extended front and back, all the way down to the plastic bumpers, then I added pinstriping to my crazy skillz. Not too bad once you get a few tricks figured out! The orange graphic was ordered online, and the side mirrors are... Rustoleum!
Total cost of the project, start to finish... $180.
For that price, we can strip it all down and change it every year if we want to. Hubby loves it. It's like driving a Hot Wheels car. You almost can't help making VROOM VROOM noises...

Agreed with Mr. T. (well said)
Joanie,....very sharp MINI
Motor well!
Oh, as for mine, I lovingly swiped some sudsy MF towels across his gleaming finish. Engine bay as well, of course. Clean machine now.

I tried popping it back out with a flat bar and ended up dimpling it.
