It was a former service loaner so it's got 4K miles on it...but I got $8K off MSRP, free maintenance & new car financing while also getting the extra Mini Next warranty. I think that's a win.










So much more fun than my (former) Kia Optima SXL. That was a great family car but this is just a joy to drive.

 

I never cease to be surprised at how many people acquire a second Mini. I did it too. I was trying to talk my wife into a new Clubman when she gets rid of her 2010 Honda Element (she loves it). I don't think she'll go for it though. She doesn't clamor after driving mine.

 

This purchase will certainly prevent some fights. The R52 still makes my wife giggle. She's now claimed that as her car not our car...oh well. I know where she keeps the key...

 

Congrats on the great find! And you will be pleasantly surprised by how nice that color is and changes under different lighting scenarios - There are not too many I see around, and now the color has been discontinued so we may never see it again.

 

I love the color. I didn't even know it was an option until I saw this car on the lot. It is crazy how different the color can look based on the light on the car.
