F55/F56 Anyone Order a 2016 F56? (Order Tracking Thread)
Love your color choice haha you'll definitely have to take pictures once you get it.
Your first!? WOW! You started-off Bigtime. You will be crazy about it. I wish I could have gone for the JCW, but the dollars just weren't there. I will enjoy yours vicariously, if you don't mind
You will have it soon

Thank you, no wife or kids so I can afford it but the cheap *** in me keeps saying buy used.
My mini is on the Otello too, offloading in NY. It's supposed to be in NY Sunday, but even if the hurricane heads straight for NY it won't be there until Monday evening. So it won't be a problem for us (unless where they keep the cars floods or something - unlikely!)
Tell me about it and if I don't keep it stock there's about 4-5k worth of mods to make it how I really want it and wish Mini would of offered the options for.

Plan on another 3 weeks(min.)
Mine left UK on Sept.28th. Arrived in NYC port on Oct.7th, Then two days later arrived at dealer.
Halfway through the break-in miles, Molly3 has no squeaks, no rattles, no hiccups. She starts well, runs great. I appreciate having a temperature almost-gauge; I'm undecided on the missing dipstick. I switched-off the dashboard LED glitz, with rolled eyes.
My DIY backup camera, GPS, steer-hide seat protector, and grandkid seats are installed.
I miss Molly2's bright color, growl, and manual transmission. I miss the "secret compartment" and the extended range of the 13.2 gallon fuel tank. I miss the sharper handling of Molly2, with her factory-installed sport suspension, but I admit liking the somewhat softer ride of Molly3.
MINI USA's new pricing and options structure left me with uncomfortable build choices, and a merely great car. It's still a "quick, sturdy little tank." I love it, but I'm not in love with it.

I ordered mine on Oct. 17th and the car is "scheduled for production". I called the 800 number and the person told me that I have a scheduled completion date of Oct. 29. She said to call back then and likely I would already have shipping information available.
Then it's just a long ship ride to California.

I did when I ordered my 2012 - hoping to do the same early next month with the '16 on the Bess passes through.
