You have some real talent and I really like what you did. It's clean and really fits the mini. I looks like it belongs. Just great!!!!

I'm getting confused, thought you were married with kids and all but you have Sid's Wide Butt as a screen saver. California sure is a strange place to this Texan.

Will Jan's Header work " physically" with other exhaust systems? I have an Alta 2.5. Will it have to be cut down? And also will it match up performance wise? I know his was made specifically for his head, but how do you guy's think the Alta would do? I am getting very interested in buying, but the extra money for the whole exh. system may be to much . Should I call and ask Jan himself all these questions? .

Jan's header...

like the Stahl, is longer than stock, so it won't mount to any of the aftermarket cat-backs without breaking out the sawzall and the welder.

You'll need to cut down your Alta. No big deal though.
Btw, I have a different head on my car and it runs terrific.
By all means give Jan a call. He will be able to elaborate and alleviate your concerns.

Hey this thread has slipped to page 2?!

So will we ever see a pre-post dyno of the RMW head on a base MCS as Fireballed is posting? I have a base '06 MCS that could be used as a mule.

our tuning is just about complete for the head package...... we should have some numbers up in the next week for the 15% pulley crowd

we gained some very valuable info on this and it will show up down the road on other high performance cars and their reliability.

[quote=golfersmurf;1572315]Hey this thread has slipped to page 2?!

This is interesting to say the least. After the initial amazing sets of dyno numbers there has been no further dynos done? The last time I looked in on this rustboy begrudgingly admitted to putting down 206 at the wheels up from 192 or something but nothing about the 3 other dyno runs after that. He did say he spent $300 in dyno pulls so that should equate to at least three other runs. Misfitoy had " vacuum issues " and did a 196 I think. Gnatster and longboard are still the top of the list with HP claims. It appears that quite a few other heads have been installed in the last 6 weeks but no one has mentioned any results? Two have had mechanical issues but no mention of that either . Has anyone else put his item to the test? It seems as if every so often there is a "head of the month " on NAM. Maybe the Jesus month has evolved into Mary month ? Any of the new Jesus purchasers want to post up some results. It was going so good there for awhile .
