Can't wait to see the difference between the two dynos! I'll see when I can get an appointment so that we have an S to also compare to but sadly I'm pretty heavily modified so it'll be comparing oranges to apples but at least it'll be a reference for everyone that is planning on going this route or already have. I'll post results up once I'm able to do it.

Im running 32oz in 13 gallons. Maybe a tad overkill but I am running stock intercooler and plugs right now. Plus i live about 20 min away from Torcos' warehouse so its easy to get. They had a few cans that had small dents in them that they gave me for 12 dollars each. Pretty good deal. I may buy a 5 gallon container in the future. They said the stuff has a 2 year shelf life.

Wish you lived close, some freeway rolls would be a blast. I'm have tried to get the dealer to race me with their stock 13' GP. I'm curious how the difference will look on Video

I've been use 32oz per 13 gallons added to 93 octane with the JB+ at 80%. I think I'm going to reduce it to 24 oz.

MarioKart I live in Modesto but if you would like we could meet somewhere (I don't care where) and go for a drive and see how my S compares to your GP. Maybe we can get a few ppl together and take a weekend cruise.

It showed me a Ventura near Paolo Alto hence why I thought we could meet up but now I double checked and saw it's near LA. If I ever go down your way I'll let you know.

My 2012 cooper s is right at 200whp and 230 ft - lbs of torque. I have a alta CAI and hot side tube, magnaflow catback, and jb+ at 75% with roughly 70/30 91/E85 mix

Two questions--

1. what are you guys using to monitor the engine.

2. Too keep the dp code off seems like you need to have the CAN tool connected, wouldnt the dealer not like that?

It's been a few days since my JCW got the JB+. Gotta say, I'm impressed. Can't get the smile off my face in fact. Anyone thinking about, just go for it.

If you do a Downpipe, it's a must to get rid of the code. It's also have several over cool features. It's worth it.

Thank you Mario for your quick response but I was thinking of ordering the scan gauge 2
What do you think
Regarding the downpipe code, I live in Beirut Lebanon so it doesn't matter here like in the USA
Btw: I got in tought with manic motors last week the tuning mode they sell cost 500 $ and gives you better performance , I'm a bit hesitant : should I get jb+ or manic ?

JB+ makes sense in the US because of smog and it can removed in seconds when you take it to the dealer. I love my JB+ and the service they provide and it's cheaper. The CAN let's me set my flashers for my shift light. Also the CAN tool is always expanding, so more and more features will be added to it.

any chance you have baseline (non-JB+) numbers? would be nice to see a delta, since we all know that no two dynos are the same. and even if two dynos are the same, different conditions (namely temperature) will produce different numbers.

What! Lol Didnt you put down 243whp and 268 wtq? I thought a stock GP2 does 218 flywheel Hp and 207 flywheel tq. So you gained lots more but that includes all your supporting mods also.

@dorykiki I did get the CAN tool but so far haven't needed it. I may turn the JB up later when I get an intercooler (if that makes sense. I'm not that mechanically inclined) so I'll probably need it then.

Hey Mario

How many degrees of timing do you see on a WOT pull? Mine is usually 6 degrees going up to 9 degrees by redline.
