What year is your car? If you have a warranty left, go for the JB+. It will not disappoint. You can also save yourself time and money, and in case something happened to your car you'd be able to take it right off. It's also plenty quick in the stock setting. I haven't turned my up from the #5 setting because I'm about 20 miles from the 300 mile mark since installation, and I want to see if I think it needs to get turned up any more.

BMS has Dyno results posted on their website. It shows you both S and JCW results.

I already have a JB+. I don't really need to know dyno results on a box of juice from Trader Joe's. It's called a joke.

Okay, thought you were talking about the difference between a bench tune and JB+. I got the threads mixed up. This app doesn't work well on my iphone. Sent from my iPhone using NAMotoring

You guys are too funny. It's great to see we all have a sense of humor sometimes and shy away from all the seriousness.

Can't wait to get the JB+

I have a feeling with a full can you'll be able to max the JB+ out.

EDITED:

so ive done some runs with the JB+ set at 70%, it feels really good, pulls nice and strong with no hesitation or any indication that the car is unhappy.....

its at the point now where its beginning to really push me into my seat on a good pull and is starting to feel proper quick...essentially in my mind its how the GP should have felt from the factory...

EDIT 2:

so i reviewed the data from my dash command.......under hard acceleration from 2500-600, the timing drops to +10* and holds steady until ~5000 then slowly ramps up to +20*

to me that seems pretty good, so im going to ramp the JB+ up to 100% and see how it goes.

EDIT 3:

got brave and cranked my JB+ to 100%.....

this about says it all:

Sorry if this has been covered. I've been following this thread since the beginning but I'm not very good when it comes to all this technical stuff.
I live in Canada and I really only have access to 91 Octane with no Ethanol. With that being the case if I am to purchase the JB+ I would probably have to turn it down from the stock setting and therefore what kind of gains would I realistically be looking at in terms of HP/Torque?

Thanks!

i believe terry has said that if you only have 91, that you should turn it down to 11......

as for HP numbers, i honestly have no idea.....but if its making +20HP on its stock setting, ide imagine its got to be making at least +15 on 11....

again, that is purely an estimation.

why are you running E85 if you only have the JB+ at 12:00?

DashCommand 0-60 times are not very accurate, I consistently time at 6.5 sec. 1/4 miles are better to do, which I haven't yet.

Not very accurate? Why do you think this. 6.5 sec is 6.5 sec.

DashCommand 0-60 Times w & w/o Juice Box

As title says. Stock run was done about a month ago. Juice Box (12 o'clock setting) run a week ago. These are just the best runs done w/ my friends very stock '13 MCS. Times are limited by the run flat tires (lots of tire spin w/ JB+). 91oct gas. These times are similar to times posted by Terry earlier in these threads. Best runs shown where duplicated on other runs and all runs where done in exactly the same place. Bigger tires will give better results I'm sure. I am definitely going to get a JB+ for my car somewhere in the near future. Please post your time/jpeg to compare. It sure would be nice to get a time for MarioKarts GP! (By the way, don't do time tests w/ a passenger, only driver weight for time tests. Extra weight is a killer to the clock.)

Stock 6.58
w/ Juice Box 6.27
