When I finish the engine build up, then comes the tranny.. Should be done for the spring.

Twincharger Kit installed on completely stock 2004 MCS
We installed our Twincharger Kit on a completely stock 2004 MCS over the weekend. After a few runs on the dyno, the customer drove back home to Maryland - probably in much less time than his trip up to NJ!
Completed installation:

Dyno Plot: before and after installation

Video of dyno run:

We are very excited with the results since this is the ultimate MCS sleeper. It's nice to be able to have a conversation in a MCS without speaking very loud....
One thing we did notice is that the factory exhaust does restrict flow somewhat at higher rpms, but the hp and torque numbers are still very impressive.

That's really sweet. Any info on how well it gets power to the ground? How easy is it to get wheel slip? This is my biggest concern, coming from an AWD car, I'm not too keen on the whole wheel slip thing.

I think I'll keep quiet about my progress until complete. I need to regain the title of "fastest MINI on Cape Cod" from a certain nitrous loving gentleman.
Until then, I'm brushing up on my second language...German.
