This has nothing to do with home decor, oil changes, appliance installs, or any of the general blather( which I encourage, and enjoy ) that goes on here on this thread.

I passed 4 tests yesterday, written, visual, signs, and practical. End result, I now have a Missouri drivers license, which I think means I no longer need to bother with turn signals, can roll through stop signs, use center turn lanes to merge into traffic, and proceed from 4 way stops in any wily nilly fashion I so choose

my griot's order still hasn't shipped... ordered over the weekend.

 

I ordered a couple things off the internet this weekend (not from Griot's or even MINI-related--imagine THAT) and haven't received shipping notification on either of them. Must have been a busy weekend for internet retailers !

 

Back to home decor Staining the front porch floor today. Goofs did it white before we bought the place. Doing it in a dark green, should not show dirt, mud, dog foot prints so much.

A 4x24, has good weight, no need for any pressure, machine weight is perfect.

Forgot to mention, a small distributor close to us, of sand paper, furnace filters, grinding disks, and sundry other things is moving. They had a garage sale on the weekend, and I got a few hundred dollars worth of sanding belts, and paper for a few pennies on the dollar Case of high end 3M furnace filters for less the price of one retail
