also got my STD's. hope to get the wingtips later on this week.

i think that's about all i ordered so far. im still thinking about doing
koni yellows for my H-Sports, or just do some KW's. not sure yet.
the paint on the H-Sports have began to crack (which is pretty normal)
so starting to look kinda ikky.

hey, if anyone's interested in the one day old STD's check out the market place.
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ct/2116/cat/22

i installed it last night, but not driven.
i found that my car's already slightly mushroomed on the passenger side
so i do not want to force the strut bolts to over work itself. im just going
to drive the remainder of the car as-is without the STD's and hope for
the bestest.

the black paint on the bolt extenders/nuts/washers kinda flakes off
pretty easy.

yah, im not going to be PDR'ing my towers, that will only weaken it imho.

metal will fatigue over time and im not about to fastforward that just
because some STD's didn't fit perfectly.

anyone want mine? i literally arrived yesterday, put it on, took it
off.

Looks like you have some kind of nice car in there.... instead of just a plain old Nissan.

I have a Griot's Evolution cover (looks like that one, except it has elastic around the bottom) and I think Clara looks cool when she's wearing it

nice! actually the Dustop has elastic on the bottom too.

mine's more like a dealer aftermarket dustcover... reminds me of the
one i had for my old prelude back in the days.

so im kinda back from my winter hibernation...

wont be as busy as last few seasons as far as car stuff
goes for me (due to me being in my music room almost
all day long ) but i will be doing some detailing
pretty soon.

i switched the snows to stockers on our new FitSW
and now running summer set on my G35C.

washed the FitSW over the weekend, my FitS is still
waiting repair work. but will be getting new
wheels/tires for it this week.

going to pull out my MCS this week (weather permitting).

Except for the forecast of snow.
I did get a little sunburned this weekend washing the cars though.

Man I feel like such a loser, I have but only one choice when it comes to cars and that's my MC. I thought making over 100k a year would allow me to afford more than one little ole MC. It most certainly sucks where I live, can't afford a house, therefore I cannot get a loan for a car so I guess in a year when I have saved over 30k I'll just buy one with cash that way the credit companies can make 10% of nothing instead of 10% of 30K!

I only have my MCS and am dang proud of it... I have immensely more fun with it than my coworkers have with their decked out 7 series battleships and monster car payments...

(but ken's G35 IS nice... )

Oh come on now, GotCurves... don't feed us that sad story. If I can make here in the DC/Baltimore metro area on that kind of money, you sure as hell can out there in the Southwest.

So sorry....

No sympathy for YOU !! Now get to the back of the line !

Rained hard overnight here. Supposed to rain even harder tonight and into tomorrow morning. Right now, there's a fine mist in the air.

So, no yard work this weekend, apparently.

I took the opportunity to pull Bergey (CR) and Dr Evil (JB) into the garage to clean the interiors. Just finished with Bergey. Started with a good vacuuming (love my garage, wall-mounted vac with a dozen cool attachments). Then I Nero'd everything that was vinyl or plastic. Then I added some Aerospace 303 to the dash. Then I used the Clarity on the inside of all the windows. Also too the cotton swabs and got the a/c vents and the tricky spots on the control panel.

Next, Dr Evil but since he has leather, have to break out the Nourish.

If it's still wet outside but not raining when I'm done, I'll pull them out of the garage and give the tile floor a good post-winter scrubbing.

Snowed 10" here on Thursday, roads melted yesterday and the rest is melting today. Got a Eurocar event tomorrow so I got to scrape the crust off the MINI to see if there is still red under there. Not summer yet.
