Not driving a MINI today, driving my mom's big honking Escalade - which probably isn't too bad, because the driveway is a hockey rink!
Which suburb?

i was thinking of using that while washing the G. that way
wont get the 3pc wheels wet. those things are a biotch to dry.

So it went really well. I'm pretty sure I got it, but I'm being really superstitious about not jinxing it right now so we'll see.

But they wanted to know when I thought I could start, which is a good sign...

sounds good, ML. glenview's a nice town. there use to be a
base there where i watched stealths take off and such when i was
younger. i remember them being so loud and fast like a fresh
fly in the bedroom. you aint going to catch it so easily.

have a safe trip back to the cat town.

Good Luck with the job, Mel !! Sounds like it's in the bag.

Ken... you can get some detailing tips from Mel on weekends pretty soon. Make sure you listen carefully. You can learn a lot from a pro.

wat do you guys think.... im want to improve the damping on my
MCS (currently running H-sport springs and a 22mm rear swaybar)
this Spring. it feels okay, but i know it can feel better.

you guys know my front has slight mushrooming... shall i keep
running the stock 03 dampers? (02-04 are stiffer than 05+)

i just realized that the new FitSW runs the same wheel/tire size as
my MCS. which means if i get tired of my BBS, i can slap
them on the FitSW and get me something different.

My time zones are all jacked up, so I was awake at 6:30 this morning. Bleh.

Haven't heard anything about the job. Was really hoping they'd call yesterday but they didn't. I just want to know!!

hey, my MINI won.... 03MCS vs 04G35C. kbb lists the MCS $100 more
value.

funny how we all paid lot of $ for our cars yet it's only worth less
than a FitS to the real world.

I took Geoffrey to the coin-op to hose him down cuz he hasn't had a bath in about a month. That did nothing. He still has a dirty bum.

I REALLY want to do a bucket wash but the hose in the car wash area here at Dave's apt complex was cut so I can't put the nozzle/sprayer on the hose.

just pinch the tip of the hose to spray some water on the car
and then do the bucket wash, rinse.

you dont really need a nozzle to wash the car.
