Must be winter, quiet here

that's true. i recently discovered a nice manned touchless wash place
that can do exterior and undercarriage for only $15 including tip. and
the car turns out fairly clean...at least clean enough for winter.
doing the one-step sealant in the Spring.

so i tried this $17 cheezo shaver from panasonic this morning. to my
surprise, their single action blade works better than their dual. ive been
using their dual one for the last 10yrs+ (bought 3 shavers in that time)
thinking it was suppose to be their closer shaver type.
boy was i wrong!
anyone looking for a cheepo shaver
check this out.

(13 is my lucky #)yeh, you gotta cut budget somewhere...
lolnono, seriously if you're looking for a shaver try it and you'll
see wat i mean. it's actually a very close shave.
Thanks for the tip, Ken, but I can't use an electric razor. I have to stick to the old-fashioned double-bladed hand-held razor because it's the only way I can keep my very neat and thin beard lines.
But you're right... unless you're a millionairre, you have to cut costs somewhere. Me--I cut costs by blowing my nose on tp versus kleenex.

yep, you dont see me buying every little thing that DP brings out like
some people (not you in particular, but some other junkies that keeps
buying stuff when they know they shouldn't be and later realize they
are super in debt.
).
happy to say the only thing i owe ismortage.
and my house isn't that expensive either.
aha. yah kinda bland but they are very functional and rides nice.

(my sister has one).I have not seen the new Accord in person; if it is better in the flesh, it must look pretty darn good---it looks great in pics!
my buddy at work has one and he drives me to our customer's place
almost every other day during the week. as you said, very smooth
AT and rides very nice.
size" sedan we get during our biz trips.
the new accord coupe is nothing like the previous accord coupes.
it is much larger, very roomy inside, much more lux design (leather package),
and quite a step up from even the TSX getting very close to the TL range.

the factory body kit they offer is very nice. i'd get one in black in the
V6 trim. that car looks best with its factory 18's, imho...maybe run a
15mm offset spacer, lower it 1", and you're all set.
Sub Zero Shine
Nothing is better than timing your winter detailing to have your MINI washed and polished-right before you hit the sub-zero temperatures! Too frozen for slush to splash on you and most other vehicles are caked with icy crud.
Have to admit I used a touchless drive-thru first to get a good rocker panel blast and a decent rinsing of the body salt. Then quickly to the garage (non-heated) and with the help of my 500W halogen detailing lights, I was able to polish her to a nice shine...even the white wheels.
This morning it is minus 3 and this Chili Red/White Cooper is sparkling!
