Hey True Joy... did you go to Patrick this afternoon??? If so, I spotted you on wb Golf Rd in front of Woodfield around 3:30pm...

I was going home already and didn't want to turn around to go back. I must have arrived too early since the event wasn't very organized when I arrived and I spent 30 minutes walking around and no one bothered to say anything to me the new garage area looks like Knauz and was very nice. The Clubmans looked nice too.

 

That was ME! Sorry I missed ya! Scream louder, wave bigger, or flash sexier! I will always reciprocate, if not initiate.

Anyway you are right, I found many people wandering around. I somehow got distracted and missed the entry I typically go to and entered the westernmost entrance. The mistake proved lucky because a MINI employee asked me if I was there for the Clubman Event and directed me way to the back of the dealership. On my way out, I drove over to the BMW parts dept. and still found people trying to figure out where to go for the event. So yeah, a bit chaotic.

Today at 13:45 a Jacob loaner BS/W MCS on Rt. 59 in Aurora.
@ 14:00 a CR/W MCS heading east on Rt. 34 in Aurora and not two blocks behing the above, a PW/B MC.

Nice to see a few in the hood.

 

Today around 12:15 EB on 90 caught up with a CR MCSC with the Mini Fini sportlink just before the Rte. 53 exit. Pulled along side but the driver was on the phone and didn't notice me. I had to exit at 53.

For anyone who drives this route if you see me and I don't flash or wave sorry:

you're in my backyard... sort of... I'm closer to Golf Rd. But I go to those stores just east of you on Willow... I've seen my fair share of MINIs in that area.. no one on here...

I saw a CR/CR MCS at Wolf and Paletine yesterday and got a wave back. First one in a long time. See a LY/W MCS everyday and we exchange gestures. I live where he works and I work in the direction of where he lives.... I am guessing.

 

Spotted:

Tues - 9am - PS MCS? - Dee Rd/Central Rd - passed in front of you at the light...

yesterday - 6:15pm - dark colored MCS with bonnet stripes, nb Arlington Hts Rd. you pulled up behind me and turned onto the 90 west ramp... I really need a carwash

 

Yesterday morning 2 in less than a mile.
First was a Black (AB?) MCS headed W on Glenview Rd by Central - simultaneous flash and wave.
Second was a CR MC headed E on Glenview Rd by Milwaukee -no wave back but thanks for letting me in.

 

Today around 8:00 AM.

LY/W MCS with a Milltek exhaust, at Old Orchard Rd. and Woods Dr.

This morning around 9:30 Glenview Rd. just east of Milwaukee LS/B MCS leaving a driveway flashed and got no return wave.
