Anyone from the New Lenox area? I just bought a Cooper S red/black with black stripes. I have big plans for the car and I wish that I had bought one sooner. I'm looking into joining a club within the area.

saw a red clubman and a blue mcs in the parking lot across from the old town school of folk music on lincoln ave.i also see a red mc parked across the street from my house.

 

There's a neat black/white R56 around Jackson and Wabash in the loop with white cross spokes. Very cool.

 

Finally got a day above 70F Drove top-down during lunch and going home.

Spotted many MINIs today.. no waves... here's what I can remember...

• LY/W and DS/B - Arlington Hts Rd Exit from 90 South @ 8:30am
• PS/B MCC - sb Arlington Hts Rd / Higgins @ 12:45pm

• PW MCS w/aero kit and tints on eb Lake St b4 Milwaukee Ave @ 12:45pm and later on nb Rte 12 near Wolf Rd about 90 minutes later.
• spotted my first Clubman - HB/B parked off Rte 12 and Elmhurst Rd @2:30pm - driver was going into Quizno's...

Spotted today:

MY/W MC - parked at Costco in Glenview/Northbrook at 2pm. the tag reads "QUEEN BEE 1" or something close to that. then I noticed the huge dent on the passenger door. ouch! I'm sure there's a story behind that dent...

 

It was 5/10 at about 2:30 PM in the parking lot of Woodfield Mall near JC Penny after officially owning my car for 5 mins . I threw up a duce and got a wave back. Still learning about all the abbreviations but it was an Astro Black hardtop with awesome rally lights.
