Spotted:

4:30pm southbound rte 12 in Fox Lake: DS/B MCS with red mirrors....niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ice looking coop!!!

 

Saw a blue MINI heading south on Rt. 83 in Antioch around 4. Already passed before it registered in my head as a MINI.

 

Got a wave this afternoon from a PW/B just east of Randall on Rt. 38 in Geneva.

 

about 3 hours ago, saw a yellow MINI Cooper S fly by me doing 90+mph on route90 eastbound close to Allstate Arena, I was doing about 80mph relaxing in my cooper..............

on Sat. around 12pm on the Kennedy towards Ohare saw a Red Cooper S with paw print stickers all over it, lic. plate was something related to dogs

 

5pm yesterday driving on my block. A CR/W R56 who I've seen before.

Waved and got one back as she drove by.

 

About 6:15 this morning going westbound on 290 a DS/MCS with a CMMC sticker in his window, but alas no wave. I understand I'm cranky in the morning too. It was just rare to see someone with a CMMC sticker on their car.

 

Got a wave from a guy in a JB/JB MCS on Edens near Old Orchard on my way home from work today!!

If I can talk my dad into it, when he retires, I'm hoping he will buy himself a fun car to motor around Chicagoland in. The car, of course, would have to be a MINI! I own one already (05 CR/B MCS) and have another one in production (almost on the boat, an 07 SS/B MCS) but he hasn't been out here in San Diego to see mine. Hmmm....maybe if I drove out and showed him.... or maybe I'll just find the MINI dealer(s) near Merrillville IN.

Not yet to either. Looks like the S-Lites will be going on very soon though.

 

Not the kind of spotting I want to report, but I hope the MINI Cooper I saw and its owner/passengers are OK.

SPOTTED around 7:00pm
Along the merge ramp from I290 to I90E. Deep in the ditch on the righthand side. It was approximately 30 yards away from the ramp. All I could tell from the trooper's spot light was that it was a Yellow Cooper. I saw two people with the trooper on the shoulder, so hopefully everyone is OK.

Change of season means we have to adjust our driving accordingly. Let's Motor On safely!

Classic Mini Black with White strips and 10" wheels on Golf road every morning if I leave late.

Also a BRG/B MCS seemed to have some custom exhaust tips, I came flying up next to you as I was way late and stuck behind a mini van.

spotted a black r53 headed south on rte 59 in streamwood caught up and exchanged waves and they exited west on lake st.

 

Not in Chicago, but we got a hearty wave from a fellow motorer in Salamanca, NY yesterday!

Spotted SAT: 9:30am by Motorwerks Barrington 2 Black MCS one with roof rack and one with white bonnet stripes almost 15sec apart.

 

PW/B MC with tint getting squirrelly turning onto old grand from delany in gurnee around 12:30pm today. easy buddy! its snowin!

 

I was followed by a LY/LY MCS on Edens this evening from Dundee to Old Orchard.
Your windows were too tinted to see if you returned my wave, but I am counting it!!
