Spotted several MINIs today... no waves since I was in the Element...

notable spot: a PW/B MCS R56 w/ WI plates "DR C MD" on Arlington Hts Rd exit from eb 90 @ 12:30pm

 

Spotted quite a few MINIs on the North Shore today... of note:

BRG/W MC and BRG/B MC parked next to each other at Container Store in Northbrook @ 12:30pm... went to the car to get a few spotter cards, but they were gone when I got back didn't ya notice the Brew Swap shirt I was wearing inside the store?!?!

 

The '07 is a rare breed in Wisconsin. Consider yourself lucky to have seen one.

friday: PS/B(?) MCS with black wheels...it was the silver twin of my car!

anyway, you were headed west on 60 before fairfield. we exchanged a last minute wave

few seconds later, PW/B...female driver...no wave because you were totally into whatever you were rockin out to.

 

Got a wave from a PW w/ checkered roof on Gilbert in S. Elgin.

Got a wave and flash from a black MC while cruising around in Mill Creek in Geneva.

 

Spotted a R56 CR/W MCS parked at the golf range at Golf Rd/Rand Rd @ 6:30pm

 

Followed an '05 ('06?) DS/B MCSC on the Eisenhower from the Austin entrance to the Ryan. With the limited visibility out the back of a Cabrio, I doubt if the driver noticed she was being followed by another Mini.

 

Yesterday I saw a RG/B MCS with stripes headed east on 12 in Spring Grove. I waved...but you only half smirked like "haha...do i know you?!"

LY/B MC always in the parking lot of one of the only strip malls on 12- next Industrial Dr... I think you work at the mortgage place?!

Today:
CR MCS Cabrio chillin next to Inca's in Long Grove

CR/W MC headed east on Old McHenry...Long Grove/ Hawthorne Woods


...why no love?! I stick my arm sooooo far out the window and wave or throw down a shaka...and no dice! come on!

 

I see more than I can track I just wave now lol

• AB/B MCSC eb Golf Rd/83 @ 9am. Tried to wave, but you were on the phone

 

I was tailed by lady in an IB/IB MC down RT. 60 to RT. 41 all the way until I bailed at the Dempster exit.

Made a slow commute home a lot more fun..

 

5/31 thurs: EB/EB with aero kit, s-lites 8:20am meacham/golf intersection.

 

Spotted yesterday :

• no wave from PW/B MCS on wb Golf Rd/Rand Rd @ 7pm
• AB/B MCSC w/chromed scoop parked at driving range on Golf Rd/Rand Rd @ 7pm

 

Today about 5:35pm --

Gota wave from a DS/B MCS with checkered side graphics on Raymond Dr just north of Ogden in Naperville

And another wave from another DS/B MCS on Ogden just south of the train tracks

 

I saw a Hyper Blue Cooper with a white roof and white stripes on the kennedy around 4:30...2 cute young ladies in it...no waves...didnt even look at me. Oh well.

 

i spotted a CR/W heading east on dundee around 9:30am this morning
in barrington hills (between bateman and sutton).

 

Saw a GP today @ 445 ish on 12 up north of lake cook. I waved from the sunroof and got a wave back.

 

Going to Patrick Mini for a JCW ECU burn and some other costly stuff, see ya

 

Got a wave from a SS/B MC in the Geneva Borders parking lot around 8pm tonight

 

Got a wave this morning from a lady in a PS/B MCS who followed me on the Edens from Dempster to Dundee.

 

Spotted: KISSFM cooper R56 higgins rd around 5:15pm going east by
Rt53.

 

Spotted at least 10 MINIs yesterday on Golf Rd/Gross Pt/Central as I headed eb towards ENH between 5:30-6:30pm. No one waved except:

• CR/W MCS w/checkered roof & mirrors just west of ENH @ 6:30pm
