Greeting from Gordonsville, VA

Hello to All,

New MINI owners here, ours is an electric blue/white roof S. We applied a Union Jack to the roof, it never fails to receive attention.

Other stuff in the fleet includes a Chevy Tahoe (what is the opposite of MINI?), an '85 BMW 325e with 33,000 miles (not a mis-type), a '57 MGA vintage race project, and a pair of Triumph Speed Triples.

With the exception of sat radio, I'm planning to keep Coooopr stock.

Cheers,

Dave & Doris

Hey there SuperCoop! Welcome to NAM!

Nice little stable you have there. The MINI will be a welcomed addition. Don't worry about added too many more mile to the 325e as it will not get driven, nor will anything else, now that you have your MINI. EB/W is a great combo! Bone stock, eh? Mine too! It's hard to not do a mod since everybody is doing them, but I think there won't be anything cooler in twenty years than a bone stock MINI! Mine's an '03 IB/W Cooper.

Welcome, have a look around, cruise the forums, and enjoy!

The 325e is Doris's - we found it last fall in the Roundel classifieds. It had only 16K on it. It's a time capsule - somebody wants to buy it about once a week. Gordonsville is about an hour's drive west of Richmond - roads that are really meant for the MINI.

I got the body color interior, too. For what it's worth... chrome exterior/interior trim, xenons, fogs, HK, cruise, cold weather pak, rain sensors, and chrono gauge pak. You ever see those roads highlighted on the map as the scenic byways? Those are the ones I drive to work every day.

Life is good.

Welcome, Super Coop! Great specs on the new MINI and what a kick to have all the great roads for the new baby!

Be sure to check out the National Events forum here and read about the Tail of the Dragon! You may want to block out May 5-9, 2005, to join a huge horde of MINIs descending upon the area for our 3rd Annual Meet!
