Yeah, I didn't understand that either why not just have a dead switch, but a switch none the less. Our MA let us know and I liked the idea of rear fogs anyway. I plan on buying the circuit board that activates the fogs with the brake likes. I may have to install strobes as Florida is nearly famous for older drivers with huge sunglasses and lack of brake pedal response time. - Mark

Can the dealership do the rear fogs? I hadn't even considered them until just now.

Of course they can, but I'm not sure you want to pay for them. New switch plate is $89, switch itself is about $25, fogs themselves are around $150-200 I think, plus programming. That's what I've seen on the forum - haven't talked to the dealer about it since it was easier to just order another car.

Hmmmm. I'll float it by the MA when she gives me my weekly update later today. They're doing the driving lights and alarm system when it gets to Charleston anyway, so perhaps this can get tacked on. If it's a hassle, I'll just skip it.

My MA blows small livestock. I haven't gotten a single update, he didn't mention the big friggin hole in the switch panel. The fact that the dealership's trade-in offers are 30% below private party values (on a $30K car) didn't add to the experience, either - I was hoping that I could skip the fun of selling my car private party this time, but was just re-assured that the weasel is still strong with them.

My MA has been good, just not outstanding. She emails me every Thursday with updates, advised me to sell my own car instead of go with trade-in, and answers all emails promptly. I would have preferred a heads up on the rear fog light switch, and free floormats, but I won't hold that against her too much.

"Talia" has already left Brunswick, GA Our MSCa was off loaded @ 10:50:24 this morning, I tried to access waggoners trucking vin tracking but would not pull up the page. Now we wait in the dark so to speak. - Mark

Considering mine has been listed as awaiting transport since the 19th, is heading to Charleston (WW and K-Line), and has never shown up on WW's appTracking, I'm hopeful it's on the K-Line vessel "WESTERN HIGHWAY." If so, my lil Clubman would be in Charleston on the 6th.

*crosses fingers*

I wonder how they decide which car goes with what carrier. Some giant car-sized randomizer probably.

Yours went into production and finished up a couple days before mine. I'm assuming I just missed Mignon, and got tossed on the next boat to South Carolina (the K-Line boat)...

With the terrible weather Ohio's getting right now, I'm okay with my MINI getting here a little later than I'd normally like. I don't have a garage for my baby, so it would be just fine if it doesn't get to me until all this damned snow and ice are over for the year.

Alright you people on the east coast.....SOME ONE must have their new MINI by now. We want pictures!

The wait is getting more unbearable as the date for pickup gets nearer.

I orderd my euro armrest yesterday. Almost order the large checkered dash trim too. I'm just doing my part to stimulate the economy.

I almost have mine!! It's at MINI of Towson, and I went at looked at it, but everything was covered in ice so I didn't take pics. I'm waiting for them to put the JCW aero kit on, but because it's the first MBM they've gotten they had to order the paint. My MA said I should have it next wednesday, so the countdown continues. I'll def take tons of pictures when I finally get it!

My week 4 Clubman managed to squeeze onto the Mignon when she came back to port. Thanks for coming back for me!

Anyone know where the Mignon is

Great news that some of you on the East coast are getting closer . Us West coasters are stuck somewhere in the Atlantic.

Just a heads up for anyone on the Pacific Breeze, we have three different arrival dates: the WW site says the 18th, the port schedule the 16th and I got an email from my MA says the 15th. Anyone else heard from there MA ?

The updated Port Hueneme schedule now shows the Isolde arriving on Tuesday the 3rd - http://www.portofhueneme.org/documen...0130135735.pdf Based on that change, you should probably figure on the Pacific Breeze coming in on the 17th or 18th Noddy.

Yesterday I made tentative arrangements with my MA to pick up my Clubman next Saturday, but he was assuming the ship would be in port on the 1st. I have a feeling this is going to be an anxious week for me.

Dvhone, it wouldn't have been a party without you!

I'm on the Mignon as well, but can't install the tracking software to find the boat. So if anyone knows the whereabouts of the Mignon I'd also love to know.

I know its scheduled to dock on the 6th in NYC. Does anyone have any idea of the timeline after the boat docks? I'm in DC if that helps.

This is way too exciting.

timubik... you lucky dawg... I just spotted the Isolde re-emerging on "radars"...
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/
You can track it until it reaches Port Hueneme (this is going to make your day _really_ productive now )

[As for the Pacific Breeze... still "lost" in the middle of the Atlantic... can't wait to spot it in Panama ]
