He's got the special "Sex Panther" edition. It's illegal in nine countries. It's made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good...

Right now it is surely loading VWs (docked somewhere by Emden...)

Could it be that my wheels will _FINALLY_ make it all the way to my garage???
(MC Clubman S... ordered August 12th '08... Prod # Nov. 25th, Build Week #3... )

I'm optimistically hopeful. But how can you see its itinerary? It's not listed here: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppSche...pe=generatePDF

kewlby... Search for VIN# WMWMF335X9TU72949 (I had spare time, so I checked on the destinations for some of the cars... wellllll... for lots of the cars).

zoltiz & mongorama... Didn't order anything special... really! At the time this particular MA was the only one willing to give me MSRP on the car. I had an offer from another place at MRSP + $8K...
All I can think of is that more Coupes and Convertibles are built/ordered than Clubman... and my MA confirmed that they built more "justa"-Mini than S...
I just hope I wont get a lemon !!!

Thanks drchris32. It doesn't look like my vehicle is on it.
There are 96 MINIs booked on the Pacific Breeze and all but one were received at the terminal prior to 1/13/09. You can see this by searching the booking number: GBSOU716272
Well, there's still hope. There's a few more days before it sets sails.

Mignon has sailed today. Still in the English channel, but chugging along at 21 knots.

Zoltiz, hook me up. How are you tracking the ship. I spent the better part of two hours trying to find a site that would let me track it.

To see the location you have to register, but it's free and so far they haven't spammed me.

[ I just checked and it looks like I'm on the Pacific Breeze (thanks drchris32), the only thing that worries me is that when you click the voyage number you get 'no such voyage".

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed

Yeah!!! I'm booked on the Pacific Breeze!!

Thanks Noddy for the update and drchris32 for finding this phantom voyage. There are over 500 MINIs on the ship. One of you should start the All Aboard thread.

Still no sign of my baby on a ship yet... Maybe they're pushing it from the factory to the shipyard.

Was kinda easy to find lists... try to type WMW% in the cargo ID of the search page... and you will get 1,000s of minis listed... % acts as the good-ole * =)
From there, once you have 1,000s listed, it's a needle in a haystack... but I have already been waiting 5 months, so I had plenty of time to spare !

So WMW% leads to the Mini , I am thinking WMWMM33519% are Clubman S, WMW%TP73% gives you the Minis with production number starting with TP73 , etc etc.
[For the geeks... it's a SQL DB in the back... use SQL strings in the fields]

Looks like we'll be on the Breeze too. I kind of like that it doesn't show up in any of the WW scheduling info. Must be a sort of stealth ship.

Shipping Updates

For those of you on the Pacific Breeze - vesseltracker shows that it left Southampton today! (The destination port schedule still shows the Turandot arriving on the same day as Pacific Breeze http://www.portofhueneme.org/documen...0122131359.pdf)

- The Isolde arrived at Manzanilla on the Atlantic side of the Panama Canal today.

Heh. My first configuration is on Talia, but the one I'm actually getting is on Mignon. I wish I knew what I wanted the first time.

Interesting.....On the WW site, it says the ETA is 2/18, but on the PH calender, it says 2/16. Either way I'm HAPPY our MINIs are on their way!!!

Still no sign of my MINI anywhere... Perhaps it's on a K-Line and I won't know anything until my MA does.

Pacific Breeze

Is anyone able to track the Pacific Breeze? If so, how? And someone mentioned an iphone app awhile back but I can't seem to find it. Someone please PM me or post how we can track this phantom Pacific Breeze. Thanks.

Mongorama: do you know the exact status of you MINI? Are you sure it's awaiting transport? Your order date and production date are very close together. Most of us ordered back in December or earlier. Call AskMINI tomorrow and get your status.

To all you folks on the Talia, you should be getting your MINIs this week!!! Please post picks for the rest of us here who are waiting in agony. We're all excited for you all.

just point Safari on the iPhone to http://mobile.vesseltracker.com and search for the vessel name. FWIW - that site does give real-time info, but it won't show anything while the ship is in the open ocean (for example - Isolde showed last known position as the English Channel from 10 Jan up until Saturday when it arrived at Panama)

Yeah, I kinda lucked out on that one. I ordered it on the 8th, it went into production on the 11th, it was born on the 19th, and my MA sent me an email on the 22nd saying it was awaiting transport (which ASK-MINI had told me on the 21st). I guess I'll email my MA later today and see what she can dig up on my ship.
