ALLL ABOARD the UNDINE! The Mini just got to the terminal and is scheduled to leave on the Undine, now i must wait for Port Hueneme scheduled 7/23. Only three weeks away.

 

I just found out that my car is going out on the Elektra! Yahoo! It is listed as getting into NY on July 10th. It looks like weather, etc. permitting, I will be getting my car the week of the 14th. I guess this begins a new phase of MINI-mania, where I now will obsess over the Vessel Tracker at:

Now at least my wife does not have to listen to the crazy theme music over at the MINI website any more...

Wow are you guys lucky! My CR S was born on the 26th and at the dock on the 27th but still shows it is at the port waiting for a ship.

 

future, is that info from the owners lounge or ask mini? the ol can be a few days or more in arrears

 

Hey futuremini -- where are you located? I'm in Texas, and my Clubman was completed & at the port by 6/25, but I'm still not on a ship. I am thinking mine will be a K-Line ship, and the next one doesn't arrive in Southampton until 7/5.

I don't know what the rhyme or reason is to which shipping company and specific ship your car gets assigned to, but I've heard quite a few stories on here of people waiting a week or more at the port. Don't want to bring you down, just prepare you for a possible wait.

 

I am in Oklahoma. The info I got was from the automated service at ask mini. I tried to talk to a rep but just get the answering service. I wondered if I might be on K-Line too. I was prepared for a wait but I too wonder what the rhyme or reason is for the method of shipping. It is a downer to see cars completed days after ours and see they are already on a ship and heading this way. Yet we must wait...

 

Just in case somone's MINI might have 'snuck' on to the Elektra... looks like about 200+ made it on board and here is the ship's cargo log... might take a peek and see if you are on there>> scroll down and you will see a pdf file

go to schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking

Auto cargo and then put in your VIN in the cargo ID then enter

Look for booking number... copy

then go to right and see Track by... Booking Number and open

paste booking number in and enter

a short list appears and click on 'Printer Friendly Version' and entire list will appear

Nope, futuremini -- not a word. I am hoping that I'll be on the Sierra Nevada (K-Line ship) leaving port on July 5.

 

Well MrsZug, lets keep our fingers crossed and hope they are already on a ship and just not showing up yet. I know .... probably wishful thinking

Hi mini01! I called my MA on Wednesday and she didn't have any new info either. Maybe next week she will find something out after she gets back from the weekend.

 

Integrity pulled into NY Harbor around Noon today and should be docked soon!

 

I just figured out that I'm week 26 as well. Eagerly awaiting my baby to be unloaded from the Integrity. I'm in NY. How long until my dealer on Long Island gets the car? Can I possibly get it this week???
