Me'lo is now sitting at MINI of Sterling... arrived from NJ VDC yesterday late. Will be going by later today to take a look...most exciting !

Wow I can't believe mine isn't at the dealer yet and I'm in the NY/NJ area where the ship came in.

 

Our MINI has not arrived either Anthony, saving the best for last?

 

I am heading out in 20 minutes to go pic up my MINI. I just can't wait any longer. I wish it was not over an hour drive.

What a great day today! I got my new PW/PW Clubman at MINI of Towson this afternoon. There were a whole bunch of other cars there, all with "ADOPTED" hang tags on them! There are going to be a bunch of very happy people this week, that is for sure.

Every neighbor who goes by gives me the thumbs-up or a cheer. A lot of fun actually. One of our friends wanted to know if it was a prototype...

Ordered June 28th, finished July 12th, at port on the 15th, can't find out when it's scheduled to board for home. Going to Charleston then to Classic MINI in Mentor, Ohio.

Ordered June 6th. I was week #26 and I still don't have mine yet...

 

I think you should have by now. I ordered April 30, but was week 27. I pick up on Wednesday.

 

So my Clubby has made it across the Atlantic, across most of Canada (from Halifax to Calgary), and is now (as of yesterday) off the train and sitting in a railyard awaiting final transport to the dealer.

It's in the city and it will take 2 days to get to the dealer... Argh!

So close, and yet...

 

Yesterday, eh? I guess that means mine is somewhere in the Rockies now.

Anyone know how long dealer prep usually takes?

 

Not long, just depends on the number of cars, both BMW and MINI, they are getting in at one time. I spoke to my dealer on Monday and he tells me that if my July 23rd. delivery date is realized then the 24th. would not be out of the question.

 

There are a bunch of us sitting and waiting that were completed 15/16/17 & 18 July. We saw the east coasters and west coasters get loaded last weekend, while the mid-west and south are sitting on the dock.
K-Line's Southern Highway departs 7/25 and arrives in Charleston (8/7)

WW's Courage departs 7/28, Charleston 8/6, Brusnwick GA 8/8.

 

I ordered a couple of weeks earlier than you but have the same birthday and exit port arrival date. Supposed to be heading to Charleston as well and then on to Cincinnati Mini. My VIN number doesn't show up on any of the WW ship manifests so I feel your frustration! Keep the chin up...we've got to be boarding soon!

 

Now they're telling me it won't be until the first week in August. I guess mine was on a later train.

 

My MA told me that my car is still at the port and that there is a lot of paper work and other stuff that needs to be done so a lot of the cars deliveries are delayed.. I am worried I'm not going to get it for a while as well..

 

Hopefully we'll get on the Southern Highway.

 

My status just changed to En Route, (11:00 PM on 7/23). Don't know which ship yet. I'll call my MA tomorrow to see.

 

I just talked to my MA. Mine is on the Caribbean Highway, which departed on 7/19 and is schduled to reach Charleston on 7/31. Hopefully yours is on the same boat.

 

I am a week 26 too. My car was supposed to be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Now Saturday is almost upon us and STILL no car. What is up with this?
