My wife is threatening to video the entire thing since I've been so crazed over the past two months. If she does I'll post it
I don't have a name for mine yet.... It's going to be all BRG with a chrome scoop.... The alien from Alien/Alienz comes to mind.. All greenish with a chrome mouth, but you can't make a good name out of it.

"a matter-a-fact" MA said that it takes time to get the parts and done right, and that he wouldn't want to rush them in fear that they would mess up.
I have positive thoughts but I am a realist - so I expect to have Elphie next weekend.

I wonder why your dealer isn't doing the work? Did they say why? I think that's what the big mess up is in this situation. My dealer is doing the driving lamps, changing the steering wheel, shifter, and emergency brake, plus adding invisishield. He told me she would have been ready in about 3 days once the car arrived there. Since I knew I couldn't get her till Saturday, I told them to just take their time this week, no rush.
I'm still hopeful for you that you'll get her before next weekend, Joe!

Part of it is my fault because I agreed to have the work done at the VDC, I just didn't think that it would take this long. Honestly, I can't change anything so I gotta accept it. I told Reyd that I'm not upset at the dealership and how can I get upset at an inanimate object (VDC). I know I'm crazy but not enough to hate a distribution center.
Lady G... I'm gonna paraphrase what the MA said in his reply. He said - That it takes time for the for the parts to come in and the cars get backed up. And we don't want to rush them so they won't mess it up

The voice activation is pretty cool too. You activate the voice input mode by pressing the button on the steering wheel and you can basically tell it to do anything that the NAV can do with voice.
I've been reading about all these bad issues on the forums like rattles, sunroof not working, grinding transmission and other stuff like that and I'm happy to report my car has none of those problems. I can't find a single fault with it.
The only thing I didn't like was getting out of downtown Toronto in rush hour while it was raining. Oh, and this is my first stick so all the stalling is kinda embarrassing too!
