Hey!!! It has been a long time!

How is everyone?!?! I still love my Mini!!! (had some intake problems and many trips to the dealer during the winter, but didn't get too disappointed by it)

Enjoying being able to really drive her again now that we've got warmer weather and clear roads again up here.

Wow.. I'm just getting to 6000 miles... I walk to work / take the train, so I typically only drive on the weekends to have fun... but I drove it through the winter... did great!

Hello...hello...is this thing one???

I'm still here, just not that often. Templar continues to ride the mean roads of the Toronto area, and enjoying every minute of it. And Jessyca, you aren't alone. I also suffered the intake issues this winter. The dealer thinks they've fixed it, but as soon as they did, the temp never got below 0C. Oh well, there's always next winter.

In advance, Happy Birthday to all!

What is that? The same as the cold weather start issue?

Yes, I think that they are one in the same. The throttle body would freeze below -15C, putting the Clubman into limp-mode. Very frustrating, but hopefully it has been fixed with the new intake. Guess I'll find out next winter, but until then, bring on the summer!

22 More days!

22 more days until my first birthday! Anyone doing anything special? Any fun ideas out there?

Aside from a few very minor scratches that I only know about I'm looking as good as new. Woo hoo!

June 21st is the day I took delivery. It's also the birthday of one of my best buddies.

Maybe a double party is in order?

I dunno. But I'm sure it will involve chocolate.

Happy birthday Mini... Happy Birthday Mini!
While getting a wash, in the drive way,
I noticed your valve stems weren't here to stay.....

Sad to see that not all of the Mini made it to 1 year. Someone stole 3 of the 4 Mini Logo valve stems last week

Thanks! I get my oil change now too; I only have 7200 miles and my service light has never gone on.... I'll get them to address the cold weather issue while I'm there....

Got my service appt. tomorrow! I'm about 15,600 miles I think? Still haven't got the service light, though.

my first service was about a month ago. I broke 18k last week. I put almost 300 miles a week going to work and back. I got Elphie back with a clean bill of health.

Hey, I never got an email saying that someone posted back on here.... weird.

The intake was pretty much the same as the cold-start, only I believe you could still sort of drive with that problem.

My problem was when I started the car it won't accelerate at all, it's like there is no power. You could put the pedal to the floor and Mini crawls along. So a five minute drive to my dealer took about 25mins, with hazards on and people flying past me.

I'm still nowhere near my first service appointment, and I just couldn't believe how fast the year went past.

And I've realised I'm spoiled - everytime I drive someone else's car, I can't stop comparing what I prefer about mine - (to myself of course)

Glad to hear everyone is well, and still lovin' their MINIS!

Glad everything is going well for ya jessyca333!

I'm approaching 20k miles very soon! Got some new tires for LadyG. Decided to go with non RF, and got some Falkens. I *LOVE* them!!

Also switched out the foglights to Hyper Yellow. Makes a big difference, and I think the look great.

Hope everyone else is doing well!!
