Where did you get your signature car? It looks exactly like mine. PW/B webspoke wheels and sport stripe. Oh, you definitely need to post pics as soon as you get your clubman. I need to live vicariously through your vehicle....

Haha, I got it from that thread that was posted by COOPERation with all those minis. What I did was save the whole image, and then open it up in paint. From there I just cut and paste the car that I wanted.
The only modification I did was the checkerboard mirrors, I cut those out of another vehicle that had them, and placed them over the black ones that were originally in the photo.

I've realised now its not exactly the same as what I am getting, my roof is going to be black with pepper white stripes, rather than the whole car being pw w/ blk stripes.

I'll post pictures!! but she won't have the stripes when I pick her up I'm getting them painted by a good friend of my father's who is absolutely excellent with cars. Reason being - I didn't want white stripes on the roof of my PEPPER white car and the dealer only offered the sticker stripes in pure white.

Can't wait to see yours too! I guess they'll almost be twins!

 

Your car sounds amazing. I just realized that you have MCS while I have a Clubman S coming. I like the idea of having the stripe painted on. I'm going to have the black stripes on my car. Yes I will definitely post pictures when I get my car.

 

Thanks It took me forever to decide, and for the longest time I had wanted BRG, safe to say I did a complete 180!

I tweaked the sig pic a bit, more accurate now, still can't seem to get the right set of wheels on there...but its pretty close.

+1 on the photos. I think that our MINI is going to get a set of OZ Ultraleggeras in black. 17". Hopefully soon after we take delivery. Can't wait to start playing with our soon to be new toy!

 

We have been in the process of looking for black rims also! Think they will look awesome with the CR/B Those are very nice, they have actually been one of our top contenders!! Can't wait to see the pics!!!!!

 

Hope that the 21st is here before you know it! My MA email today and said 4-5 days from port to dealership (in Ohio) and 1 day at the dealership getting prep (also clear bra install) before we get to pick it up

 

It has been surprising to me how much info our MA's have! MINIUSA's website, automated call line, and talking to a live rep couldn't get me near as much info as my MA!!!

So for those of you with questions check with them, they seem to be in the know!

That is so funny, it never even occurred to me!

I used to live in Charleston, and I would drive down to see the MINIs all the time.

I just want to say to those of you in Week 21 Support Group - you guys are amazing. We have no idea who we are, we could pass each other in the mall and we wouldn't blink an eye, but because of our cars we are really helping and supporting each other out. That's pretty damn cool. I know this is a support group (at least that's the title of the thread) but the reality is we really are support each other. We don't have to. We could be sponges and get info and head out to other threads but we're not.

I know I'm being sappy but thanks. Maybe I'm crumbling under the pressure of not having my Clubman. ha ha ha. I may want to see my therapist soon.

I bet that was amazing! I tried to talk my husband into driving down there today..........he thought it was a little crazy I thought it would make a nice little get away It is suppose to storm all day today in Ohio anyway

 

Well our MA had told us Friday.................but early this AM it was scheduled for today (Saturday) .............and now I checked the port site like you and it does say 6/9 ......................

If they would check in more maybe we could see where they are at. Do you think it could be there, but they are waiting until Monday since it is the weekend??? I hope not Don't they know we are waiting

 

Joe-I agree!! Can't wait to start seeing the pictures of everyone's MINI's starting posting to this thread. I will be glad when we are all past this stage and getting into this stage !
