I run 18x8 ET45 with 205/40 tyres. I'm also running a fairly big drop with KW coils.

On full lock you get a smidgen of rubbing up front, but with the natural camber from being lowered there is no rubbing on the rear.

I can't see that you could go much wider or lower offsets without running into the need for arch rolling, camber plates and rear control arms.....

This is the only picture I have of them right now

They're getting refinished today now that I've test fit them but it'll still be a while before I can mount them to the car. I'm waiting on my rear adapters to come in.

I'll probably be test fitting them again with tires mounted this weekend though so I'll snap a quick picture.

Welp we can disregard that pic I sent, the wheel was making contact with the trailing arm. A 9" wheel is going to be a challenge to fit on the F56.

With a lower offset and some camber it could work. At that point fender trimming will probably come into play.

Yeah it was poking more than my liking at that point. It could be done but it's not really what I pictured for this car.

Definitely true But I've already got some euro arches on their way to me, heh.

Project is back on, I ended up buying a pair of extra fronts on eBay so I'll just be running 17x7.5 all around now. I guess the rears will get turned into an end table or something.

Here's the finish we ended up with. Silver with a polished edge

Quick peek of the new setup. My euro arches have been heavily delayed (parents bought them for me for Christmas and they still haven't gotten here) but as soon as they get here and it warms up a bit I'll take better pictures.

^that looks fantastic, as I expected! Good work!

I ordered my new wheels and tires today:

O.Z. Alleggerita 17x8 ET35 with 215/45/17 Hankook R-S3. I expect this will be somewhat aggressive. Next up will be coilovers and a little camber.

It'll poke about 5.3mm more than my current setup, which yeah, will be a bit aggressive but certainly doable. You saw how my 18x8 et 32s fit I assume, so somewhere between both setups.

Thanks! I think so too. The 17's are just a little bit small looking in the wheel wells, but I like how much it allows me to lower the car compared to the 18's.

I love those wheels! Almost got them too, but went with the NM 18" instead. Tires are the hankook ventus v12's. Now to get rid of that wheel gap...

yeah, NM makes good stuff. I just wanted a 16 or 17 with a more aggressive offset. I'm afraid the wheels might poke a bit too far but we'll see!

This is how I put 17x8 ET35 Alleggeritas on my F56 (everything can be purchased from tirerack).

So the O.Z. hub rings have an inside diameter (center bore) of 66mm. Our cars have a 66.5mm hub. Even as a red blooded man, I understand sometimes things don't fit...A few minutes with the dremel and I had them fitting like a glove. The fastest way to have made them fit would be to clip them, or cut the ring with the dremel cutting wheel. I don't recommend doing that as it will impact the outside diameter as well as the inside diameter of the centering rings. I recommend taking your time and taking a little off at a time until they fit perfectly. Also, DON'T forget you will need extended bolts for these wheels. The factory bolts do NOT put enough meat into the hub to be safe.

As a side note on the fitment, I have ordered a set of 5mm spacers and even longer bolts for the back as I feel the front is slightly more aggressive and after I lower the car I want all 4 corners to be equally situated near the fenders after the camber gets dialed in.

I think 8J with a 30 offset will be pushing it on the rear once you have coilovers on?
