I have had my Mini for a little over a week now and only filled up once. So far twice the radio has just stopped playing and to get it unstuck i have to switch it to CD or something else and then start the radio tuner part up again to get it to work... Has anyone else had this issue?

 

FM or Sirius?
Sometimes my Sirius glitches or I lose the hi-def FM, but otherwise it never misses a beat.

Nope. If it keeps happening take it back to the dealer.

Ive heard of people having problems with the cd freezing and having to switch to the radio before.

 

Had it once. Stuck on an FM station with no ability to change the station. Had to do the exact same thing, switch to CD, then back to radio and all was good.

Hasn't happened since. It happened at about 3000 miles and I now have almost 6000 on it.

Didn't take it in (80 mile roundtrip to dealer), but will mention it when I go in for my 15000 miles free oil change.
