Fun routes around STL?

Hey guys, I live in Ladue, right near the Galleria and my beloved MCS is now sharing the garage with a new 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R :-) What're a few fun, hopefully well-surfaced, roads/routes to take my new bike and Cooper out on? I dont know too much about west county or the St. Charles areas. Show me the twisties!

if you are looking to go on a fun ride, i like 94 S outside of st. charles. No cops, but there are tons of deer.

Come to the detailing session on the 6th and we can tell you plenty of greats roads to test your rides out on.

Turning right on Schulersberg (?) Road at your "C" marker (past the Daniel Boone home) is a must! It is probably one of the best roads in St Charles. It will take you to 94 where you can turn left to go back to Defiance or turn right to go to "T" and circle around again. Caution on the hairpin corners!

Cheers,
E

Highway 94 South is known as cop corridor and look for red light cameras soon, if not already. But maybe you speak of 94 after highway 40?

Yea after 40 once you get on to HWY D and so on it isn't bad I go down that was about 2 time a month out to Augusta and never have seen a cop... *knock on wood*

Before 40 is horrible and I refuse to drive on it. There is a Red light camera right by my house at St. Peters Howell and it sux so I dont go that way.. Plus the road construction there on St. Peters Howell rips up my car...

But thats a different rant..

So I have to work tomorrow morning to go to a car show in Arnold.
Saturday work = bummer.
Coming from IL, it's going to be a bit of a drive for me. I seem to remember it being pretty scenic around there. I haven't been down there in forever, though, so I might be imagining this. Any nice cruising routes for the way back home?

I think the weather is supposed to be chilly. Yippee.

Yeah, where I live in chasmo, the street behind us is in total disrepair & is caving in all the time. They put in french drains & all they did was sink further into the ground & one has to either drive 1 mph or use another street. I prefer to use the other street.

Ahhhh, right on, don't want one of those $100 ++ tickets, I can buy a lot of gas with that.
