check out the photos posted by asaulo1 if you are speaking of black/WR works car with checkered mirrors, Hamman wheels c est moi, since that is the route from work to home for me. maybe you will notice the dropped suspension that she recieved at steve's; Eibachs springs, H-sport control arms, 22mm sway bar and a 62mm TB. She is waiting for her 10hp works upgrade kit, and yes don t forget to check out the big grin on my face.

Glad to say they are not and the car drives so much better, I would strongly suggest this modification. Thank you for the photos, see you around

Hi to the other PS MC on Valencia Bvd I saw tonight...1st day on the road in my PS MCS and I finally spotted a fellow Mini right before I got home. Look out LA County, I average about 150 miles a day all over greater LA county, and I'll be looking for you all!

Three waves and a finger

Pretty good for the first full day of driving my new PS MCS. In Woodland Hills, I saw a PW/B heading towards Calabasas on Avenue San Luis, and thirty seconds later, I saw a CR with white racing stripes with a couple of good looking girls in it. Later, in West Hills, by the hospital I saw another PW/B. Heading back home, I was confronted by the angry finger of a Jeep Grand Cherokee driver, because I "cut in front of her" when I made a left turn in her path as she was about 150' down the road. She had to wait till getting to the stoplight to flip me off. The funny thing was, I had not an ounce of Road Rage, I just told her she was going way too slow for her to be in any danger of hitting me. That pissed her off, but probably not as much as the whine of my engine as I left her in the dust for good when the light turned green.

Let's hear it for the Mini-Zen effect!

P.S. I would have taken that Chili Red combo, to go.

Fun day!
I normally don't see so many, but this evening, I saw a IB/W MC at the same intersection as a CR with white bonnet stripes in UTC.
Then in Mission Hills at Shakespeare, I saw a LY MC.
It always puts a smile on my face to see a Mini!

Fen,

Are you hanging with the West Coasters today? I'll call out a pre-spotting of 30 or so in varying shades at the junction of 76 & i-15, we're off to the Borrego Days parade. Meeting at 7:00 am.

Official count was 26 for the Borrego parade.

But who were these two:

EB/W in pulled up & parked in the staging area, but didn't do the parade?

LY/B at the end of the parade route?

Last night on northbound Santa Ana Frwy- Blue or Purple Haze Cabrio S (it was kind of dark to tell which color).

I tried to stay right behind it until I realized we'd been doing 90 for several minutes, and I still need to do traffic school for the last speeding ticket.

The Cabrio exited the freeway in Buena Park. They had their top down of course!

If you are doing it online, I just used traffic101.com. I literally just finished my traffic school 5 minutes ago, and it took me about 45 minutes to an hour to get it done. Just copy and paste all the pages into a word document and use the find fucntion for the answer to the quiz questions. save all the quiz questions (there are 4 quizzes), and at the end, do the final exam...they just pull 50 of the exact same questions as used on the quizzes.

I know all the LA courts accept it, and it's way better than 8 hours of retarded jokes at "Comedy Traffic School".

Oh yeah, saw a nice CR with black bonnet stripes today on Bouquet Cyn and Soledad. We exchanged a honk and a wave.

I already spend enough time on the computer so I chose the in-person traffic school. This way I can commiserate with fellow speeding scofflaws about our encounters with the CHP.

My ticket was issued up north in Kings County.

OK. Enjoy the Red Asphalt series, and please don't repeat any of the instructor's jokes if I'm around.

spotted MC40 in Irvine, Sun 11/7

unfortunately I saw it because it was involved in an accident in front of my neighborhood (intersection of Harvard & Coronado). I was on my way to the airport so I couldn't survey the damage but the passenger front side/wheel was badly messed up. Hope everyone was ok!

Sounds like you saw the Long Beach Poker Rally--2nd group, on Sunday. I was in the first group, and was in a much smaller pack.

See Video from that day from the drivers perspective!

Happy Thanksgiving!

After losing faith in the friendliness of The OC MINI community, my faith has been restored today! I'm known to wave and/or wink (flash my brights) at MINI's I see around town. Who better to wave at then a fellow MINI owner, right? In the 2 months I've had my car, I've never received a return wave or wink. Today that all changed! A huge thank you goes out to the silver MINI on Irvine Center Drive & Alton. You made my day!
