Not coping very well! I am having trouble working and sleeping - I spend a lot of time MINI day-dreaming. I play Gran Turismo 3 which has a pokey (but I have to use the word "cute" (YIKES!) Mini 1.3. BRG/White!!

What I should be doing is cleaning out my carport, and finding my lien release for the title of my Trooper so I can donate it.

 

I'm not coping very well either! As you can see by my # of posts (and subsequent 5th gear, since Jan '03!), I'm spending way, way too much time on MCO. But wait, that's not really a bad thing I showed one of my co-workers today theCWFAC homepage and he said "Wow, so this is what you do all day!" Well, not exactly true, cuz I'm in the Lab 99% of my day, which doesn't have internet (just intranet )

I was one lucky ..........
Because my delivery time was only 9 months if you order a Cooper S today you wil drive it in
about 1,5 years!!!!!!

Yesterday finally sold my car to a kid out of the neighbourhood
So next week it will be bye bye Peugeot 306 (Don't know if you guys in the USA have this type of car,
for Info it is a french Car, all americans go grrrrrrrrr by hearing the word french now

 

Cool, I've heard of the 306, it's a larger sedan of the 206 we see race in the WRC, right?

Speaking of racing, Final Qualifying for the Austrailian Grand Prix is on tonight at 10pm est on Speed Channel Last nights pre-qualifying was cool. This year many new rules are being tried out, so it's kind of a nail-biting year! Anybody else into Formula One?

i saw a bunch of 306's when i was in paris last spring. neat cars. but would you guys believe that when they park, they know they need to move forward a bit when they bump the car behind them? it's just plain mean!

i think i'll be selling the metro (she was a good baby for a while) to my parents, so they can give it to my sister. it's their little way of telling me they care...*smiles*

is it okay to be counting days now? or should we still be doing it by the week?

And about that WRC you are right the 306 was in about 5 or 6 years ago it was then the only fwd car in the tournament
and what i think they did pretty good!!

All my fellow ship motoring mates. The Carmen has been pushed to leave SouthHampton on the 16th now insted of the 14th. It will arrive in New York on the 24th now instead of the 23rd. Oh well one more day.

Dear Mini from Holland, you folks sure are patient! And as far as French cars go, I had a 504 which was very solid and very comfortable. But Peugeot and Renault failed in the US because of insufficient service after sale IMHO.
