The green and wood is not my cup of tea, but I do think it could be real fun for some. With all the combo's one can create with ext colors, seats, dashes, doors, etc., I look at these options for one's MINI like clothes. Some outfits might look ridiculous too some people until you meet them. Once you have a chance to see their personality, often the clothes then fit right in. Anyway, it would be awfully boring if everybody wore blue jeans and white tees. The variety to make a MINI fit you is one of the infinite things that makes it so special.

What day was the 1st day a 3/14 went 150 last week? I am a 3/21 eagerly awaiting to leave 112. Deja vu, I feel like I went back to the 70's and squealed on a CB.

Par4bmw: I think I was the first of the 03/14 group to hit 150, and that was on Feb.28th (according to my quasi-accurate notes) Seems that about a week at 150 is typical, you'll be at 150 in a few days, my guess.

 

Cool, I cant wait!!!! After all, moving up a whole 38 in status is a big event in ones life. How did others celebrate?

Got a question for all you post-production people; how did you figure out what boat you're assigned to? Are your VIN's already posted on a booking on the W.W. site?

Go to the ultimate boat tracking guide and click on the cargo tracking link. then you enter the last 7 digits of your VIN and if you are 193 you should get your boat. You are probably already booked on a ship right now, you just won't know when until your number comes up on the tracking site.

Well, I'm now at status 151 (Body shop started). I don't see how my car will be completed by tomorrow. I know the paint shop is only a 10 hour procedure, but I'm falling behind BRGMini who has a higher Vin number than me but is already at the paint shop. I guess the Brits like paining British Racing Green more than Chili Red (that Italian racing color).

 

Looking at VINs, 'Grover' can see TziholMeg's car just down the line!

Ok my friends, i'm not taking over the ranks of our fearless female ship tracker...just providing timely updates to supplement the process. First the Jingu was delayed a day last i checked. However, now it is listing its location at OceanWeather.com JPPT Tracking. It is listed in the souther region and the ship is making its progress! Now well off the coast of Portugal on its way to the ports in New York!

Well guys, i can say i tried. I see that the Jingu is no longer on the map. :???: Lets hope it is ok! It looks like it only appears and disappears on the map as it reports its position. this map seems to update each time we load the page since it was tracked on the map a few minutes ago!
