I found that I may have to take a job in Boise... does anyone know if there are any clubs anywhere close?

I checked the area telephone listings and could not even find a full fledged BMW Dealer!

Someone tell me there are some Mini owners in the area....

You will love Boise. I am a transplant from Colorado Springs, and it reminds me of home without as much population. :smile: I just got my mini a month ago, but haven't seen much by way of clubs. There a few minis out here, however. The closest Mini dealership is Mini of Murray, just outside of Salt Lake (about 5 1/2 hours away). There is one BMW dealership, but it is not a stand-alone.

There is so much motoring that needs to be done in around here. There are not-very-busy 2 lane highways everywhere going through the mountains.

Let me know if you are coming out, we can try as couple of the roads out.

 

There's a group of Boise MINI owners who have done several outings. We drove up for one (we're in Twin Falls). Good people, good fun. If you want the email addresses to get added to the list, drop me a PM or email.

 

I'm from New Jersey, but worked on a consulting engagement in Boise for 8 months (about four years ago). Loved it... beautiful place to live... :smile: :smile: :smile:

Yes there is a group of Mini owners in Boise, and we want more. We have an outing planned Wednesday evening April 13th, at Westside Drive In. After dinner will go to Sliders Indoor Go Kart track for some smaller than a Mini go karts.

We will be doing at least two activities per month begining May through the fall.
